Thank you for shopping with us. We hope that you are happy with the items that you have ordered, and that you enjoy wearing them.
However, if an item/s that you have ordered is unsuitable, then please return it to us for an exchange, within 7 (seven) days of receiving the item.
NO REFUNDS OFFERED.

1. Incomplete / incorrect information will delay your exchange.
2. Mail all packages to return address on the parcel.
3. Include this form with your exchange.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
We will gladly exchange an item where you are not 100% satisfied providing the following conditions are met:
- The items with this exchange form are received by us within 7 (seven) days of you receiving the item.
- The item must be in the original condition as sent, with tags attached.
- The item must not have been worn.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen returns/exchanges
- Customer is responsible for return / exchange postage charges.
- Items not received by us within 7 days are considered accepted.
- Items returned after this time or that do not meet our return policy guidelines will be returned at your cost with no exchange given.
If you would like to exchange an item indicate your requirements on the form.
An exchange is subject to stock availability so please include an alternative as we may have sold out of your first choice.
Your replacement item must be of equal or greater value than the item you are returning and have Buy It Now price.
Once we received your return we will sent you PayPal money request for any balance due on your exchange item plus postage and $5 handling/re-stocking fee for the first item and $5 each additional item.
Note bulky items may incur additional shipping charges.
