This allows both the seller and buyer to track their order directly online at
http://ausposttracking.com.au/
Insurance is NOT INCLUDED with E PARCEL, however can be added on a checkout at the rate of $2.00 per hundred dollars of cover.
We ALWAYS have proof of REGISTERED postage as required by PayPal.
We DO NOT accept ANY responsibility for errors in handling, damage or delivery on the part of Australia Post.
HOW IT WORKS
Each parcel carries a barcode address label, which is scanned at several points during the delivery process.
Parcels are collected from our warehouse by Australia Post each afternoon and taken to our local parcel centre. There the parcels are checked and a scan event is created. This will usually happen the evening your parcel is dispatched or early the next day.
EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES
The local parcel contractor in your area will attempt to deliver your parcel and on delivery a signature is required. If no one is at the delivery address to receive the parcel a card will be left advising that the parcel can be collected from the nearest post office. We process and dispatch orders Monday to Friday.

An exchange is subject to stock availability so please include an alternative as we may have sold out of your first choice. Your replacement item must have Buy It Now price and be of equal or greater value than the item you are returning
You will be charged for any balance due on your exchange item plus $15 Postage / Handling / Packing / Re- stocking for the first item and $5 each additional item. Note bulky items may incur additional shipping charges. All outstanding amounts must be paid before your exchange items are posted back to you.

99.8% of our sales are ended with happy customers and wonderful feedback.
Hwever small % (2 for every 1000!) weren’t so smooth. Mostly with new eBayers , who didn’t get a chance to understand the Ebay system completely.
Communication, politeness and friendliness are the keys to a happy transaction!
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, just get back to us as you would to any department store.
Then you will have an opportunity to resolve any issue, of course remembering SALE TERMS you agreed to by placing your bid.
