(c) To the extent permitted by law and subject to clause 8. A.A.C.S total liability under these Terms and Conditions will not exceed the total price paid for the purchase of goods under these Terms and Conditions.
(d) In no event A.A.C.S be liable for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential loss or damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase, use or performance of the goods.
(e) To the extent permitted by law, any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in sales literature, quotation, price list, order confirmation, invoice or other documents or information issued by A.A.C.S will be subject to correction without any liability on the part of A.A.C.S.
(f) Under the Act, where implied conditions and warranties cannot be excluded, A.A.C.S liability for breach of such conditions and warranties (other than a condition or warranty implied by Trade practices ACT 1974 section 69 of the Act) will be limited, at A.A.C.S option, to the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods, the repair of the goods, the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods. For the BRAND NEW items with Return to Base warranty (Auction and "Buy it Now" items), A.A.C.S provides 14days* replacement service for products that are "Dead on Arrival", "Damaged in Transit" or "Incorrectly Shipped".
