CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR HOLIDAY NOTICE

DESPATCH DEADLINES FOR PRE-CHRISTMAS DELIVERY

This Christmas many of our customers will be purchasing our products in the hope that they will take delivery prior to Christmas Day, December 25. If this is the case, please take note of the following information.

In order to make it for despatch date. THIS MEAN ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, PAYMENT MUST BE CONFIRMED PRIOR TO THAT DATE so that we can despatch on that day. Therefore, you must read the payment instruction carefully and follow our guide. If we have not confirm your payment within 1-2 working days, please contact us and we will need a copy of your receipt therefore please keep it in a safe place in case you need it.

Please note the recommended despatch date deadlines below. For each area listed, the courier are advising that any despatch after the specific location deadlines, courier will not achieve a pre-Christmas delivery to you.

For pick ups, please call us to make a booking.

Note that there will be no deliveries on public holidays, nor will there be any extraordinary deliveries on weekend. Pick ups & deliveries will otherwise occur as normal throughout December & January apart from on those public holidays.

Customer is always welcome to arrange with our courier, and pick up the item from their depot during busines hours. However, there will be no freight discounts or refunds offered if you choose to do that.

 

HOLIDAY PERIOD AND OPERATION DETAILS

On 24th Dec, we will open between 11am to 3pm for last minutes pick up. We will close for the annual holiday break from 25th Dec and will be re-opening on 2nd Jan. All orders and email enquiries submitted during the break will be processed once we resume business in 2010. During this period, phone contact is not available and warehouse will not be open to public.

Any bikes, parts and other items paid during this holiday period will not be send out until after we resume operation on 02/01/2009. Sorry about the inconvenience.

Please read the following carefully as it have all the payment details, instruction and also our payment policy in order to avoid any unnecessary dispute or misunderstanding. After reading this page, if you still have inquiry about payment process, feel free to contact us and make your inquiry.

Buyers are required to follow the payment instruction. We are not responsible for the unidentifiable payment and delay of delivery if the buyers fail to follow our payment instruction.

For vehicle listings, we only accept Bank Deposit, NetBank Transfer, Money Order, and Cash on Pick Up:

We prefer buyer do Net Banking Deposit as that allow them to put their eBay ID or full eBay item number as reference and is the quickest easiest method.

If direct depositing from ANZ branch, please put the last 8 digits of item number as reference. For example 16504652 instead of #200016504652 - this is example only, DO NOT USE THIS NUMBER as each listing have its own ITEM NUMBER and do NOT use 0 as first number.

 When sending money order, please make sure you that you write your eBay ID or eBay item number at the back of the money order. We also accept Bank Cheque but not personal cheque.


If you are picking up, we accept CASH only.

 

You must allow up to 1-3 business days for Net Banking and direct deposit to clear and confirmed. It will take a lot longer if you send us Money Order (2-7 business days).

For other items, we accept PayPal only. However, if you do not have PayPal account or have issue using PayPal to make the payment, you can always use the alternative payment method above. Some PayPal payment are not instant (such as eCheque so please make sure you allow ample waiting period for your selected method)

 

Payment Policy

Payments must be received within 5 working days of receiving winning notification. If buyers are unable to pay for the winning item based on any circumstances, buyers should take the responsibility and required to pay for cancellation fee that covers the listing and handling fees.

For item below $100 we charge $5 cancellation fee. For 49cc vehicle, we charge $30 cancellation fee. For any vehicles listing that is 50cc and above, we charge $100 cancellation fee. This fee apply per each listing. This covers labour, handling, debt collection fee as well as other listing expenditures. Please do not confuse that this fee is exclusively just listing fees.

Ebay Unpaid Strike will be given to any non-paying bidder. By bidding, you are entering a legal contract to purchase the item. Please do not bid if you do not agree and not willing to pay as we will not make exception. We will not hesitate to seek professional debt collection agency to collect any outstanding amount if necessary.

The Winning Notification email should contain payment details as well as the total amount. However, if you have not received it, please contact us through eBay message.

Buyer must edit their postage and insurance if required. If there is error or you think we made a mistake in sending the total amount, please contact us immediately so we check change it if found incorrect.
