If you can't find what you want or need to ask us a question, then drop us an email, or an ebay message.
Lately we have found the ebay message system to be very unreliable ever since changing to an anonymous email system.
Messages expire in a short time if they can't be answered immediately and limits are placed on the number of messages we are allowed to answer each day.
Before asking a question about an existing item, please read the description fully to see if the answer to your query is already there.
A lot of the questions we receive are already fully answered in the description. This wastes time and may prevent someone else from receiving an answer that they need to know.
If you do not receive an answer within 24 hours it is usually because we are waiting for information from a manufacturer or that ebay is preventing us from answering.
