Payment methods   Payments must be received within 10 days of auction end or a non-paying bidder dispute will be lodged.
Shop ship-to locations   Australia Post normal mail with optional registered post ($2.75 extra) within Australia. Absolutely no pickups.
Postage & Handling   Postage & handling - registered post is mandatory for all items above $10.00 value.
Customer service & return policy   All listings include full description and system requirements for software.  Faulty items must be reported within 14 days of auction date.
