Warranty and Return Policy

We warrant that the products sold in our account, other than explicitly stated, are 100% brand new and free from defects in material and workmanship. Our detailed warrant policy is as follows:

  • Unless otherwise specified, we warrant our products for 1 year from the date of original purchase under normal and non-commercial use. Replacement items, if issued, do not restart or in any way extend the warranty period.
  • All items if returned for whatever reasons must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, which is to be issued upon request through aussie_battery@yahoo.com.au . Items returned without RMA# will delay the process or be ignored.
  • Customers are strongly recommended to keep the original postal package for 90 days from the purchase otherwise we do not responsible for the return postage for any reason.
  • In returning items to us, C.O.D. on shipments will not be accepted.
  • If you are not satisfied with our product(s), please contact us through aussie_battery@yahoo.com.au to obtain a RMA Number within fifteen (15) days of purchase. And products must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. We reserve the right to charge a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee for NON-DEFECTIVE returns.
  • Returns due to our error:

    - If products are returned to us within 30 days from the purchase day, we will bear all the shipping charges for exchange; and if justified, refund will be made in full. However, products so returned must be 100% complete. If items are returned by express delivery or courier, refund will only cover up to au$10.00.

    - After thirty (30) days and up to ninety (90) days of purchase, we will refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) or replace any defective product(s). Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping charges and we bear the re-sending charges.

    - After ninety (90) days and up to one (1) year of purchase, refund request will not be accepted unless a replacement is not available. Customers are responsible for paying all the shipping charges (including the return and resending ones).

    - Replacement products or refund will be arranged for all fault products returned, subject to technical test results that justify Customers complaint.

  • Please ensure that returned items are the one that you purchased from us. Should you send us any other products that are not purchased from us and want to have them back, you have to pay for all the additional shipping charges so incurred.

We accept credit card payment through  PayPal payment system, (Credit terms are not available). We also accept Personal Cheque, Money Order and Bank Transfer.

Any payment funded by your bank account will be sent as an "echeck" if you don't have a valid credit or debit card attached to your Paypal account. If you've always made "instant" payments in the past but still paid through your bank account, it was because you had a credit or debit card attached to your account as a backup funding source.

Most likely the credit card you had on on file has expired or you deleted that card. Log in to your Paypal account and select "Profile" - under "Financial Information" select "Credit Cards" - if it is an expired card then you will want to EDIT the card on file and change the expiration date. If there is no credit card listed, you'll need to add a credit or debit card to your account.

All bank account payments are technically "echecks" - that require time to clear, just like a paper check but by having a credit card on file PayPal knows they can bill the credit card if the echeck payment bounces - so they call the payment "instant".

Cheque and Money Order

    Refund

Aussie_battery guarantee 100% satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will work with you until you are satisfied!

Can I buy it now if I do not want to bid on one of your auctions?

What is my tracking #?

As soon as your item ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

What do I do if I haven't  received my order?

Normally, the Australia Post takes 2 to 10 business days to deliver parcel to our customers, depending on the destination. In case that you do not receive your parcel within the aforesaid time span, the parcel might have lost.  Then you should inform us as soon as possible so that we could lodge a complaint of lost parcel to the Australia Post. What do I do if my product is malfunctioning upon receiving?

If your product is malfunctioning, we recommend that you contact us at aussie_battery@yahoo.com.au first. If it is determined that your product is defective, we will do all we can to expedite the process of getting a working item to you.

What does the one year warranty cover?

The one year warranty guarantees that our product will be free from defects and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.

I bid on and won the wrong item, what do I do?

eBay bids are legally binding agreements to purchase and aussie_battery has to pay eBay fees for each sale. The only way to receive a refund on these fees is to file a non-paying bidder alert, which impacts negatively on you as a buyer. Please be careful with your bids to make sure that you are bidding correctly. If, for some reason, you are not able to buy an item for a winning auction, contact us at aussie_battery@yahoo.com.au as soon as possible and let us know the reason. We will probably be able to come up with an agreeable solution.

I did not realize this was a replacement item and I do not want it. How do we resolve this?

Again, please read every auction carefully to make sure that this is indeed the item that you want.
