Payment and shipment terms vary for Australian and International customers and may vary on individual items.  Below we describe our terms and conditions in details for International and Australian customers separately.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS:

We feel proud to sell quality Austraroma products directly to Australian customers at very affordable prices. Some auction prices may be below the nominal cost of the product. We do this in order to attract attention of our potentional customers and promote our products.

Payment methods: We accept direct deposit to the Bank, personal cheques, PayPal, money order. 

GST and hidden costs: All our prices are GST inclusive. There are no hidden costs.

Postage, packaging and insurance:  To insure fast and reliable shipping service we send all parcels by Registered Post and insured for up to AUD 100.00. The final TOTAL price to pay consists on product price + postage costs. Postage cost always exceeds Australian Post fee, attached to the parcel, because it also includes the cost of registered Post stamp (insurance) and cost of packaging (padded bag or shipping box).

When possible, we send parcel the same business day (allow up to 3 business days) upon receipt of cleared payment. We email Registered Post number to the customer immediately after the parcel is send out. Please note that we are not directly liable for items lost in the post, but if it'll happened, we will work closely with our customer, helping to investigate/track/find or get refund from insurance if Registered Post item is lost in postage.

We pay extra attention to packaging. Australian Aboriginal Art OIL BURNERS are wrapped properly in bubble wrap and then packed in individual corrugated carton boxes; essential oils in quantity 1-5 are packeged in small bags and then – in Australia Post Padded bag; essential oils in quantity 6, 12, 18 etc are packed in 6 Bottle storage/shipping cartons. All essential oils are sealed and double checked for leakage before shipping.

Customer service & return policy: Money back guarantee if the products not as described. Item must not be used and be returned within 7 Days. Buyer pays all shipping and handling costs. Refund will be given as: Money Back. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

AUSTRAROMA is an export oriented business, specialised in delightful range of rare Australian essential oils that we source directly from different Australian plantations and Australian wild bushes. We like to make your business and aromatherapy experience successful, and offer the low risk comfortable system of payment and delivery to our customers.

Payment methods: We only accept PayPal as

• the most comfortable (simply FAST),
• reliable (Paypal team is an independent intermediate party involved to double check every transaction), and
• cost effective (no entry and exit Bank fees and currency conversion Bank fees ) method for both parties.

Store ship-to locations: Worldwide. We ship with confidence to USA.

Sales taxes and hidden costs: There are no additional Australian taxes and no hidden costs in our prices. Customs declaration and Insurance costs are included in postage cost. The final TOTAL price to pay consists on product price + postage cost. Postage cost includes additional packaging, handling, customs declaration (when needed) and insurance costs. However, depending of country, you may be required by your local authorities to pay customs (and other) taxes for some imported items. If you are not sure, we recommend you to double check this issue and find out all additional requirements for import of essential oils and especially Aboriginal art beforehand.

Postage, packaging and insurance:  Mostly we ship products via Australia Post, airmail insured parcel, but some essential oils in certain quantities need to be shipped via FedEx www.fedex.com.au

All international parcels must be insured, we email insurance number to the customer immediately after the parcel is send out. Insurance cost is included in postage fee.

Please note that we are not directly liable for items lost in the post, but we will work closely with our customer, helping to investigate/track/find or get refund from insurance if insured item is lost in postage.

Please note that postage cost, displayed in the item description exceeds Australia Post fee you will find on the parcel, because of additional cost components - insurance, customs documentation, packaging material (padded bags, bubble wrap and Boxes).
