Q: Can I exchange if I select the wrong size?
A: You can exchange for any size available in the listing. The buyer is liable for return postage. We must be contacted within 7 days for an exchange and goods must be in an unused condition.
Q: Can you help me select my size?
A: If you send us your measurements, we are able to assist in selecting the best size for you. Please see our “how to measure” page at the top of our eBay store to accurately measure yourself
Q: What if my size isn’t available?
A: We can order in any size that isn’t listed as available. Larger sizes incur an additional fee. We can also order in “made to fit” sizes (made according to your measurement), this service costs more than standard sizing, as a new pattern has to be made for you.
Q: The measurements on the chart seem bigger than normal, Why?
A: The measurements are taken from the outside of the garments. You need to consider the lining, the armour and spacing. If you need help finding the right size, please email us your measurements
Q: Can I try on before I buy?
A: We allow customers to pick up and try on by prearranged appointment only, please email us if you would like to try on. Please contact us before purchasing.
Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: When purchasing more than one item, please contact us to let us know. The item with the cheaper postage will have half price postage for combined purchases.
Q: Do you offer discounts for buying multiple items?
A: Our starting prices and our BuyItNow prices are very competitive. However if purchasing 4 or more items please contact us and we will work out a deal.
Q: Is this listing for any size? How do I select my size at the end?
A: Majority of the time we will have all sizes available. At the top of the listing there will be a list of available sizes, your welcome to select one of those sizes once you have purchased the item. You can put your size in the payment / checkout description or email.
Q: I won the listing for size Small, if Large is available can I have it instead?
A: Yes, if the size you want is listed as available you can select that size instead. Please make sure you put your size choice in the payment description / message to seller or you can email.
If the size your after is not available please email us and we will double check or order it in.
Q: What payment options do you offer?
A: We accept bank deposit, credit card via paypal, money order / cheque & Cash on Delivery for $10 extra.
