Austsales Direct is committed to providing you with quality products and excellent service. Our Policies and Procedures are here to help you understand our service.

Payment

Please complete eBay ‘checkout’ unless you have multiple bids. Bank details will be provided in ‘checkout’

 

Payment is to be made within 10 days of auction end. Please note your user ID or auction number when making payment. If you are unable to leave a description, please email us with your bank BSB and date of payment.

 

Failure to do this WILL delay the processing of your order. We have multiple items that can sell for the same amount. Eg: Deposit 1234 $150.00 does not tell us WHO has paid.

 

Money orders and cheques are payable to Matthew Finn.

 

Postage and Handling

Buyers are responsible pay all postage and handling costs. Austsales Direct ships items on the day payments have been received. On the rare case that this cannot be done, we will contact you to inform you of the situation.

 

Payments must be received in full and cleared before goods will be sent.

 

Customers Please Note: Our postage rates are fixed prices Australia Wide. These prices help to cover other fees incurred from the sale. If you do not agree with the postage charges, please do not bid.

 

Postage insurance is recommended as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage during transit.

 

Please note that personal pickups are available by appointment only!

 

Warranty and Returns

All motorcycle clothing and accessories purchased from Austsales Direct include:

* 30 day warranty on stitching and zipper faults

 

* Exchange option: (we must be contacted within 7 days to arrange an exchange). Items must be returned in an unused condition in original packaging and with tags and labels still attached, otherwise an exchange will not be accepted. Buyers are required to cover the postage cost both ways for an exchange.

 

*Satisfaction guarantee: If you are not happy with the product and do not want an exchange, a purchase refund will be given (postage and handling is non refundable). Items must be received in an unused condition before a refund will be given. Buyer has 7 days to contact for a refund.

 

Customers Please Note: Some of our clearance items do not come with a refund option. This will be clearly stated in the listing.

 

Privacy Notice

Austsales Direct requires your personal details in order to complete transactions. This information will only be used to process your order and will never be given out or sold.
