| A:I don't offer it as standard but will Express Post within Australia if I am able to on request. Typically it is $10.00 to express post. |
| Q:Do you combine postage - how much will it be? |

| A:Yes I do.
Within Australia - On average :total postage will be highest postage cost plus $1.00 per item thereafter. (Registered post extra)
Internationally - please request a total. |

| A:Yes- full and partial refunds are given depending on the reason. Please email me ASAP if you are dissatisfied for any reason. I WILL NOT REFUND IF YOU LEAVE FEEDBACK BEFORE DISCUSSING THE PROBLEM WITH ME. |

| A:I post within 3 business days of reciving payment.
Internationally expect 12-20 days.
Domestically expect 3-12 days.
Postage will be delayed if you have not specified details ie ring size etc on payment. |

| A:Exchange or store credit for change of mind or dislike of item. Postage payable by purchaser.
Exchange accepted for wrong size ring or wrong size/style chain - if desired size/style is in stock -postage payable by purchaser.
Returns accepted for faulty goods or not as described - free postage. |

| A:Yes. Within Australia: Registered post is optional for orders under $50 and is reccomended for all orders over $50. It is $2.75 for registered post and includes $100 worth of compensation/insurance. You can purchase extra insurance for $1.25 for every $100 over that. *to be eligible for PAYPAL buyer protection you need registered post.* |
