| PAYMENT |
PAYMENT TERMS - 7 DAYS
If you require an extra day or two, please just let us know!
We will send you an email when your payment has been confirmed. For bank deposit payments, if you have not heard from us within a reasonable time (~3 business days), then before contacting us, please first check your bank details, as quite often, payments ‘bounce’ back.
PROCEDURE FOR NON-PAYING BIDDERS:
An automated ebay generated payment reminder is sent 48 hours after sale. (yes, we know, this is extremely rude!!! - please direct complaints to eBay directly about this one!)
We did send automated payment reminders after 6 days, but due to eBay's wisdom in sending them within 48 hours, we no longer have this option.
If we have had no communication or payment from you within 6 days from date of sale, then an Unpaid Item Dispute is filed in order for us to be eligible for refund of fees incurred processing your transaction.
After a further 7 days, our fees are refunded, and you will receive a non-paying bidder ‘strike’ from ebay. To avoid this situation, we encourage you to contact us to make arrangements for payment. Unpaid Item Disputes are cancelled upon payment confirmation.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS:
Domestic Transactions - Bank Deposit (preferred), Money Order, Bank Cheque, Paymate, Paypal. Due to the high fees involved in accepting Paypal, we prefer Bank Deposit as a payment method from Domestic Customers.
International Transactions - PAYPAL (unless otherwise specified in Item Listing), Paymate, Wire Transfer (TT), Cheque in AUD drawn on an AU bank. |

After Dark Bazaar offers a 6-week Lay-by service on select products - please notify us before you purchase if you wish to use this service.
Lay-by Terms & Conditions:
- Layby is available with auction & "Buy Now" purchases. All purchases must be made within a 10 day time frame.
- Layby is not available via After Dark Bazaar on any "Uncle Festers" products.
- Minimum Total Purchase is $100.
- Minimum 20% Deposit required due within 7 days of initial purchase.
- Regular payments are required via Bank Deposit or Money Order. Payments made via Paypal will not be accepted for Layby items.
- To help us cover our costs, your deposit will be forfeited if you cancel your order.
- This is a GOOD WILL service - Please don't abuse it.

| POSTAGE & DELIVERY |
Postage costs quoted includes postage, packaging and handling.
COMBINED SHIPPING:
Yes! Combined Shipping is available on select products! Listings bearing the "Uncle Fester's" logo are shipped to you direct from Uncle Fester's. We are unable to combine the shipping of "Uncle Fester's" products with our own. For orders containing a mixture of After Dark Bazaar products and Uncle Fester's products, we will combine your purchase onto the one invoice, but please be aware that the quoted P&H costs will be for TWO seperate parcels.
If you wish to checkout items yourself, then take the highest postage cost from your list of items, and then add $1 (domestic) or $4 (international) for each additional item thereafter and add this to the initial postage cost. You will need to do this for our products and for "Uncle Festers" products seperately, and then add the two totals together. The eBay system will usually add your postage to either an horrendous amount, or not enough at all, so you need to work out the difference between what you calculated and what eBay calculates, and use the "seller discounts/charges" area to adjust the total.
Alternatively, if this is too confusing, then after you have made your purchases, you may send us a request for total and we will send you an invoice with adjusted postage!
DELIVERY SCHEDULES:
Parcels are posted within 3 business days of payment confirmation.
Please allow a reasonable amount of time for your parcel to arrive:
Domestic – allow 7 to 14 business days. If you have not received your parcel within this time frame, please check with your local Australia Post office to see if your item is held there before contacting us.
International – Air Mail – allow up to 6 weeks. After this time, please check with your local Post Office and/or Customs/Import Office before contacting us.
LOST/DAMAGED ITEMS:
We will initiate a claim with the contracted Carrier if either event occurs, and will keep you informed of the process. A Statuatory Declaration will be required before a claim will be pursued.
ITEM PICK UP:
Sorry but due to insurance purposes & council regulations, we do not allow pick up of orders, nor do we make special arrangements to 'meet' customers to deliver goods to them. |

Up to 20kg – Australia Post Over 20kg – Courier
INTERNATIONAL:
Up to 20kg – Australia Post Air Mail Over 20kg – Courier
Due to lengthy delays and risks associated with Sea Mail, we no longer offer this option. Please also note that Australia Post no longer offers an Economy Air service.
Customers outside of Australia may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The rules vary country by country and you should contact your local customs office and shipping office for further information. It is your responsibility to pay for any applicable taxes/duties incurred. We will not forfeit customs declarations, so please don't ask. |

| REFUNDS / RETURNS |
OUR REFUND POLICY:
We are not obligated to provide a refund if you change your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.
We will meet our obligation under the relevant Legislation to provide a remedy if goods are found to be defective.
Contact must be made within 7 days of receipt of your item if you wish to lodge a claim. Please note that item/s are required to be returned to us for inspection before an exchange or refund will be considered.
A refund will be issued where we are unable to provide an exchange.
Postage costs remain the responsibility of the buyer in the case of buyer error.
Postage costs will be fully reimbursed in the case of seller error. |

HOW TO:
General enquiries can be made by accessing the "Contact Seller" function in our shop. Queries specific to an item can be sent via the listing page using the "Ask Seller a Question" function.
We generally respond within 12-18 hours. (Expect delays on public holidays and/or long weekends).
If you have not received a response within 3 days:
- Check to see if there is a 'holiday settings' message evident at our shop front. If so, this will indicate when we will become available.
- You may need to check your spam filters or spam inbox on your email account.
- Please attempt to make contact again! As the eBay message system seems to malfunction intermittedly, you can email us directly on sales@afterdarkbazaar.com

By placing a winning bid in an auction, or purchasing an item using "Buy It Now", you must be 18 years of age and over, and be aware that you have entered into a transaction of which you are obligated to complete.
When buying or bidding on items offered by us, you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions and policies, and acknowledge that you have entered into a binding contract.
However, wo do understand that mistakes occasionally occur, such as purchasing a wrong size. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can mutually rectify the situation.
