Our store policy in return, exchange...
- A claim must be made via email within 24 hours of receiving the garment and returned to us within 3 business days or by other arrangement. Any purchase more than 2 weeks is strictly not exchangeable or refundable.
- Postage and handling fee is not refundable as well as insurance cost if there is any. Buyer will pay all the postage for return or exchange purpose.
- Return or exchange must be received in new condition with tag. 20% restocking fee (maximum $20 per dress) is applied for returning the dress for refund. No restocking fee for "exchange" or "store credit".
The full version of our store policy...
Exchanges and Returns are costly for us as we have incurred fee from eBay, PayPal and postal handling company. It includes eBay item listing fee, PayPal credit card fee, each transaction fee and extra handling and courier/postage costs (We charge a low rate for Express Post, it actually cost us lot more at most of time when dress weight is more than 500g). Besides the cost, there are also lots of physical work involved like checking, cancellation, emailing, dress re-condition and restocking... and all the paper work to make sure everything is proper recorded, so we don't get mess up with others. Doing a new order is actual lot easier than doing a return or exchange.
To save yourself from unnecessary exchange and return, please check the dress style and sizes carefully, again please read Tips for a perfect fit before placing your order. Or you can always email us if you need help with dress style and sizes.
If you wear a garment or damage it, then it is only fair that we won't exchange it (too bad we do receive returned dress with obvious wear mark, and with strong perfume).
We check every garment carefully before send out, however If the garment has a Manufacturer defect without our notice or damaged during the post, we will send you the replacement at our postage cost (no refund given).
All dress is in stock item and can be shipped immediately after payment is cleared. However to avoid disappointment, please order your dress at least a few weeks before your event in case thing goes not as expected. We will not give a refund in the event a garment does not reach you in time for your function or any problem due to the fitting. We provide the best as we can but others can be out of our hands, and accident does happen.
The dress colour and picture...
We have done our best to show you the true colour of the dress as well as dress style in detail. All dress picture has been fine turned in order to as close as possible to the real dress (we only do this under bright day light). However it can still be a variation that the dress style and colour is not exactly as what you think of. Specially the dress colour appearance is vary depends on lights condition; different computer monitor can also distort the colour in either way.
If the colour is really important to you, you can email us your postal address, we are happy to send you a small piece of sample material. We are not responsible if the dress style and colour is not what you want under reasonable consideration.
Buying the bridesmaid dresses...
If you are buying the bridesmaid dresses and require all dress is in exactly same colour. It is recommended to purchase them in one lot or in a short period if possible. Sometime the dress colour from different batch can be slightly different. We can only make sure all bridesmaid dress are from same batch when they are purchased together. If in a case different colour of the dress received because you have purchased them in different time, we are happy to assist you for the exchange but the buyer are responsible for the postage cost.

Return/Refund Policy & Procedure:
(20% Re-stocking fee - maximum $20 per dress)
Please keep "Return/Refund" as your last option. If the reason is because of wrong dress size or wrong style, please keep it in mind that you can exchange for different sizes or even different styles. Or at last you can keep it as "Store Credit" to use any time within next 6 months.
1). Email us about the refund. We will reply you within 24 hours to confirm the arrangement.
2). Post products back to us. Please also leave a note with your eBay User ID and to let us know returning dress for refund.
3).
Upon the receiving, we will cancel the eBay sales. eBay will send you "The buyer returned the item for a refund" notice. You must respond and agree this notice before the refund.
4). We will then refund the total sales amount, less a 20% restocking fee (maximum $20, shipping cost is not refundable).
Note:
All item must be returned within 3 business days (as post date), otherwise we reserve the rights to refuse the refund.
If you paid through PayPal, money has to be refund to your PayPal account. You can transfer it back to your bank account afterwards.

Exchange Policy & Procedure:
(Re-stocking fee - none)
1). Email us first with the problem and which one you wish to exchange with. We will reply you within 24 hours for arrangement.
2). Post products back to us. Please also attach a self-addressed Post Satchel for us to send you the exchange items as buyer will pay the return postage or any postage for exchange purpose.
3). Please also leave a note with your eBay User ID and which dress or which size you want to exchange with.
4). Your exchange item will be sent out as soon as original products received.
Note:
All item must be returned within 3 days (as post date), the replacement dress is only reserved for you for 10 days, otherwise we treat this exchange is cancelled in your end.
If you exchange to different styles, the price different will be either refund if price is low than your first purchase, or you will be required more payment if price is higher than previous.
If you need replacement urgently, please contact us. We can arrange a new payment to send you the replacement first, and full refund when return is received.

Auction Item Policy
(Not refundable)
Auction purchase is not refundable. You can only exchange the sizes but not style or colour. (refer to "Exchange policy"). Otherwise you can send it back as store credit. You can use this credit to pay for other item you won any time within 3 months.
1). Email us first with the size you want to exchange with or inform us about the store credit. We will reply you within 24 hours for arrangement.
2). Post products back to us.
3). Upon receiving the return, we will email you regards the exchange or store credit

How to use "Store Credit"
If the dress doesn't suit you and you don't have anything else in mind to exchange with, you can send it back as "Store Credit". You can use the "store credit" any time within 6 months from the day that dress is returned.
1). Email us about the "store credit" after you won another item, otherwise we may not see you have "store credit" with us due to each transaction is not connected. We will reply you within 24 hours for payment arrangement.
2). You only pay the different between the new cost and "store credit" amount.
