How can I pay for my purchase?
We are happy to accept a number of different payment methods. At the moment, our Australian customers, can pay by:
- Direct Deposit (By Online Transfer or in a Branch Deposit)
- PayPal
- Paymate
- Money Order / bank cheque
- Cash on pick up
International customers can only pay through PayPal and Paymate.
What is the total amount payable for my purchase?
The total amount payable is the cost of the item/s plus a P&H fee. We will send you a total amount payable within 24hours. All items must be paid in full before delivery.
When is my payment due?
All payments are due within 7days of auction end. If you are unable to make a payment within 7days, please contact us, we will be more than happy to work out an alternative arrangement.
Will I receive a tax invoice with the goods?
Yes! We always provide printed tax invoices for our customers. Your tax invoice is included in your parcel. Please keep it for your records.
 Can I pick-up my item?
You are more than welcome to pick-up your item. There are no pick-up associated fees or charges. Please note that pick-ups are possible by prior appointment only.
Can I combine multiple purchases to save on delivery costs?
Always Lower Prices highly recommends combined postage to our customers! However, please note that combined postage may not be possible on all items (due to their weight or sizes). We will advise if combined postage is not possible. If your items are eligible for combined postage you must pay for them all in just one transaction.
Can you deliver to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, we can send any of our items to any Australian PO Box.
My purchase is a gift. Can you send it to a different address?
We can. If you have made your purchase through PayPal we can only send your goods to the address shown on your PayPal account. Please note that you can add a gift address to PayPal.
How fast will you dispatch my goods?
We will usually send out your item/s within 1 business days of receiving the payment. Please note for payments made by cheque/echeque, your item/s will only be dispatched after the cheque/echeque has been cleared.
How do I know when my order has been dispatched?

How long does delivery usually take?
Delivery times vary by location. However as a general rule, almost all deliveries are fulfilled within 7days of dispatch, while most are done with 3 business days. When your item has been sent, we will contact you with an expected delivery time as advised by our courier.
I live overseas. Can you still deliver to me?
Most of our items can be sent outside of Australia. We have to date sent goods to: Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Japan, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Philippines, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, UK, USA.

Is my bid a binding contract?
Yes, your bid is a binding contract. Please only bid if you intend to make a purchase.
I have made a mistake. Can you remove my bid?
We can remove your bid. However you must notify us immediately. We require a 24hour notice. We are not able to remove any bids for items that are ending in less than 12hours.
Do you send second chance offers?
At Always Lower Prices we do send out second chance offers, as it is a more cost effective way for us to sell our stock for duplicate items.
