 | A: Rest assured that if the item is faulty or not as described, I will refund you the cost of the item and the return postage. The item must be returned in the same condition that it was posted (padded envelope, bubble wrap, registered or express etc). I do not generally refund if a customer simply changes their mind so please choose carefully. |
 | Q: Do you combine shipping? |

 | A: Yes - I will re-calculate the shipping on the combined weight and dimensions of your purchases and this generally amounts to a 80 -90% discount on postage for the 2nd, 3rd, etc items. If you are going to be purchasing multiple items, please contact me and I will arrange this for you. |

 | A: Australia Post provides estimated delivery times for specific methods of post and I have included these times in all of my item descriptions for your own reference. Unfortunately, I am unable to guarantee delivery time (some delays may occur (especially around peak periods). Be prepared for delays and leave plenty of time for delivery of gifts etc. |
