| A:For most items shipping is free and does include insurance. A few of our items do have a shipping charge, but if you buy multiple items we can combine the shipping cost. |

| A:We have changed our shipping policies due to eBay's on-line tracking requirement, we are unable to ship without on-line tracking and at this point only Express Mail international offers that service. Shipping would be $25 plus, an exact price can be quoted if you are still interested. If you feel this shipping amount is to high please contact eBay. |

| A:We generally ship within 2 business day from receipt of payment. Your order can take up to 2-6 days to arrive from the day we ship it. We use USPS Priority Mail. In most cases. MAKE SURE YOUR MAILING ADDRESS IS CORRECT! |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:We do combine shipping on items upon request. If you intend to buy more than one item in more than a 3-day period apart, let us know and we will hold your earlier items until all are handled. |
| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned in same manner as shipped & paid with same postage as shipped. No refunds will be made on items returned damaged; we are not responsible for damage in transit with postal service. If you purchased postal insurance, notify us & receipt will be mailed to you for a claim. |

| A:We ship internationally & to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO addresses. We do have a few exception. Please ask if your country is excluded. Some countries we do not ship to are Iran, Iraq, & Nigeria. |
