| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:We're very proud of our products, and it's important to us that you're happy with your purchase. If you have a problem with any item, please contact us BEFORE LEAVING FEEDBACK so we can happily resolve the issue. |
| Q:You say you combine shipping but the postage cost is much higher than I expected. |
|
| A:We always combine shipping costs, however Ebay cannot automatically calculate them unless you only buy multiples of the same listing. If you buy different items, you MUST 'Ask Seller For Total' on the checkout screen, otherwise you'll generally be overcharged. If in doubt, email us for a quote before purchasing. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We usually get your items in the post the day after your payment clears, if not the same day. So it'll get to you as quick as Aussie Post can deliver it (from Sydney), usually between 2 - 6 working days. Express Post is available at cost - email us for details. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |
|
| A:We give the flat rate for each individual item on its auction page, which covers regular Australia Post charges plus a minimal cost for padded jiffy bags and packing. Additional items cost much less, depending on their size and weight. For more than one item, 'Ask Seller For Total' on the checkout screen or you're likely to be overcharged. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Not at present, so please don't bid without contacting us first. Many of our oils etc may be classed as 'dangerous goods' when posting overseas. |
| Q:Will you email me to confirm payment's been received & my item has been posted? |
|
| A:We ALWAYS email to confirm your payment's been received - if you pay by Paypal the email generally goes from our aromaqueen.com.au email address to the email address attached to your Paypal account, so it may end up in your SPAM folder. We don't send a separate message on postage but will always post within a day of your payment being received. |
| Q:Why do some oils cost so much? |
|
| A:All our oils are natural plant-based oils, and some (Rose, Jasmine, Sandalwood etc) cost a lot of money to produce. But any aromatherapist knows they're worth it! These concentrated plant oils aren't cheap synthetic 'perfumes' or 'fragrant oils'. |
| Q:Why are some of your rare oils & absolutes so cheap? |

| A:Because we import them ourselves from the country of distillation, and are able to avoid the huge markup when there are extra middle-men involved. We have done much research to ensure these oils are natural, and will NEVER knowingly sell a synthetic compound as an essential oil. |
| Q:What's the difference between Essential Oils and Fragrant Oils? |
|
| A:Essential Oils are 100% plant derived, and have various therapeutic properties used in Aromatherapy, whereas 'Fragrant Oils' or 'Essences' are synthetic petro-chemical-based COPIES of the real thing, have NO THERAPEUTIC VALUE, and often cause headaches or worse. Think about what you want to breathe or put on your skin, and make your decision. |
| Q:Is AROMA QUEEN a Registered Business? |

| A:Yes, we are a full-time registered Australian business. We can provide Tax Invoices if required (all GST is included in the price quoted on each listing). |
