Damage incurred during posting may be covered by Australia Post. Should you receive a damaged item, please retain all packing and documentation and see your local Post Office or Post Shop for a "Customer Complaint" form.
Faulty Items
Should you receive a faulty item, I will offer an exchange or refund. A refund will be provided if the product supplied has a proven manufacturing fault or does not match the description provided. This description does not include Cover Art, as this is subject to change.
Returns must be notified to the Seller within 14 days.
The purchaser will be responsible for postage charges.
