RETURNS & REPLACEMENT

  1. Buyers must check item(s) for faults or damages immediately; and report it to us via Shopping Safari Ticket within 24 hrs of receiving item(s). We reserves the right to refuse claims made after time frame.
  2. We may request photos from buyer as proof of damage.
  3. Buyer is liable for the postage to return faulty/damaged product for warranty, exchange or refund.
  4. We are liable for sending replacement or warranty item back to the buyer, except in the case that the returned item is tested not faulty. In which case, it is buyer s liability to pay for the postage cost to send the item back to buyer.
  5. Products must be returned with all accessories included in their original packing materials, including cartons and boxes.
  6. Item must be authorized by us before arranging for an return.
  7. Return to be accompanied by :
    • Return Authorize No
    • Buyer's username
    • Descriptions of faults 
  8. All goods returned shall be in original packing & should not be shop soiled or damaged as such goods may be rejected or credited at a reduce rate.
  9. All returns to be made via freight company within 14 days of receiving goods.Cash On Delivery(COD) will not be accepted.
  10. Except for the return of faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, a 30% restocking fee will be applied.
  11. The time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
  12. All electronic products come with 12 months warranty for your peace of mind.
  13. Non electronic products and products classified below carry 14 days warranty:
    • Remote Control Products
    • Cleaning Equipments
    • Gym Equipments
    • Pet Accessories
    • Baby Products
    • Toys
  14. Single product pick up will be charged $30 non-negotiable handling fees while multiple products will incur a rate of $15 per package.

REFUND POLICY

  1. No refunds available on items damaged in transit or dead on arrival unless we are unable to repair or replace item
  2. All item must be returned to us before we do the refund.
  3. No refunds offered if buyer changed their mind.
  4. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable unless item is not available.
  5. No refunds offered after goods have been used.
  6. The time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

    All Auction items: Basically, auction items are NOT refundable after being sent out. However, Auction Basement Australia will ONLY process refund based on the rules of consumer right from the Treasury of the Australian Government

    For All "Buy it Now" BRAND NEW items ONLY : Auction Basement Australia offers 14 days refund policy on all UNOPENED items

    Shipping and Handling is NOT refundable on all type of items, unless the item is not available.

WARRANTY

All listed items come with its warranty description. Buyers please note the different of the warranty term:
  1. Manufacturer warranty: Buyers have to contact manufacturer of the item for all the warranty service within the warranty period. Auction Basement Australia can provide contact detail of manufacturer to buyer.  Auction Basement Australia has no other responsibility (included DOA) to item which covered with Manufacture warranty.
  2. Manufacturer On-site Warranty: Buyers have to contact manufacture of the item to arrange booking of all on-site service within the warranty period. Auction Basement Australia has no any responsibility to item Manufacture On-site warranty.
  3. Replacement warranty (Return to Base): All Faulty item can be replaced with full functional unit after checking process (take up to 20 business day) within warranty period. Buyer has responsibility to send back the faulty item to Auction Basement Australia.

WARRANTY FOR RIDE ON TOY CARS

  1. It is up to you as the Customer, to contact ShoppingSafari Offices' for all or any inquires to claim or to inquire about Warranties.
  2. Warranty period for Ride on cars sold from either shopping safari warehouse; located at Silverwater or if sold directly or online, or through direct contact from sales staff will only have a 30 day Warranty from Invoice date, including when the item becomes faulty or damaged on arrival or after the opening of carton.
  3. You also can send a request through Email or Fax to us with your order number and your customer number if you have any problems in regards to the warranty or to request a claim under warranty.
  4. After the 30 day period, we will not warrant any faulty or damaged ride on cars under any circumstances. (*Any inquires after the warranty period will have to be re-considered through Shopping Safari management under management discretion; at any time during or after the 30 day period management or staff at Shopping Safari can void this warranty if so at any time without informing customers.)
  5. All warranty claims must be made by original buyer of item.
  6. Your tax invoice will be required as proof of purchase.
  7. Warranty valid is from Shopping Safari only.

ASSEMBLY

  1. Majority of our products are designed to be assembled by the customers at home. However if you prefer or require assistance assembling your products, please contact our friendly staffs for more details, as we are more than happy to help. Assembly will cost between $30.00 to $50.00 depending on individual product.

For all the BRAND NEW items with Return to Base warranty (Auction and "Buy it Now" items), Auction Basement Australia will provide 14 days* replacement service for products that are "Dead on Arrival", "Damaged in Transit" or "Incorrectly Shipped".

All events such as physical damage, misuse, unauthorized repair or tampering with a product may prevent a product being accepted for return.

Auction Basement Australia has no guarantee on product compatibility unless specified on the item listing. Auction Basement Australia adheres to all trading rules applied by eBay and Department of Fair Trading NSW (Australia)
