 | A: Yes, the majority of our range is made in Australia so we keep samples of our range to offer our customers |
 | Q: Do you accept returns on veils or almonds ? |

 | A: On veils & almonds we do not accept returns. Veil are too delicate to survive many trips in the post & almonds can be tampered with. |

7 day store credit/ exchange policy - Veils, clearance items & food excluded.
Notify us via email within 7 days of receiving goods to advise of your wish to exchange an item and we'll email the return instructions.
(postage must be paid by buyer for us to send exchange items) |
 | Q: How do I combine postage? |

 | A: Just purchase your items as normal, but avoid the 'pay now' button and instead click the 'request total from seller' button.
Or just email Glen in admin when finished buying via 'ask seller a question' in the item listing and let Glen know you would like a combined postage invoice. |
 | Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? |

 | A: We dispatch in 24-48 hours of receiving a payment
Delivery times depends on your postcode.
The general delivery times are:-
NSW, S.A & VIC 3 to 5 working days
W.A 5 to 7 working days
QLD 4 to 6 working days
Rural locations up to 7-10 working days |

 | A: If 7 working days has past since receiving your postage notification, just email Glen in admin (nicely :) ) and ask Glen to phone Austpost to look into the whereabouts of your parcel.

 | A: If you click on our ebay store, we have a search feature on the left hand side of the store page where you can type keywords to search for items we have listed. If you can't find anything, just email Glen in admin and Glen can let you know if we can order the items in for you. |
