Over the period of time that we have been trading on eBay we have been privileged to deal with a group of people who on the whole are courteous and a pleasure to trade with. As our number of items increased it has become increasingly difficult to leave personalised feedback for each transaction, even though we would prefer to operate this way. Consequently, we have now accepted the eBay feedback system.
This system will automatically leave positive feedback for any buyer who has done the same for us, usually within minutes. If you've already left feedback but not had this reciprocated within 24 hours, then please don't hesitate to contact us and we will manually do so.
If there is a problem and you are inclined to leave neutral or negative feedback then please contact us first to see if the problem can be amicably resolved. The neutral and negative feedback that we have received to date has been left with either little or no prior communication and could have been resolved (usually simply) had we been given the opportunity.
