Postage Details:
The freight charge will depend on postcode and weight. Small items can be placed into prepaid satchels, but larger orders and breakables will need to be boxed. We think this a fairer system for freight, as to a flat rate amount. We cannot be held responsible for lost or broken parcels through Australia Post. If you require insurance it will be $2.70 for every $100 of insurance you require, please ask for insurance when paying for your order. Customers in NT & WA please add $5 freight surcharge to advertised postage due to distance.
Returns/Refunds
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return it. It must be in the original condition it was sent in, and please note that the customer pays for the return freight. Once we have received your order back, we will refund you the purchase price only, not the freight charge.
