Payment Terms and Conditions

Generally I would like payment within 5 days, however if another auction of mine is finishing within 7 days and you'd like to wait, I'm happy to accomodate this. All I ask is you please send me an email so I know. Payment is to be by PayPal or bank deposit ONLY. I will accept money orders in EXTREME cases, but I prefer not to.

I DO NOT accept personal cheques, so please don't ask. Note that bank deposits may take up to 2 days to clear. I will notify you upon receiving payment once it has cleared. If I do not receive payment or contact within 7 days I will make a non-payer report if I have not heard from you. I would rather avoid this, so please, if you do have a problem with payment, email me so we can sort it out.

Postage

On items where I charge postage, I include only the cost of the packaging and actual postage in my postage costs. I do combine postage and give a postage discount on the purchase of several items. PLEASE email me BEFORE checkout and wait for your final, adjusted invoice to receive the combined postage.

The mail from my little town leaves once a day at 1:00pm, so items posted in the afternoon will not be sent until the following day. However usually I post all my items daily in the morning. All items are sent via standard post unless you wish to pay for registered post. Items over $50 will be sent registered, with the cost incorporated into the postage. If you require your items urgently, I'm happy to send Express Mail at a small extra cost. However, please be aware that because I do live in a small country town, I cannot guarantee that Express Mail will be quicker!

Returns

I try to describe items as best I can, however if you receive an item that was not what you ordered, I am happy for you to return it within 7 days for full money back. Please note however I CANNOT except returns on new items if they have been worn, washed or used in anyway.
