Shipping time: Our standard domestic shipping takes 3-10 business days for delivery from the date you made payment. Terms & Conditions and Return Policy:

1. Bidders must read and agree to all of the terms and conditions set out in the Policy, Postage & Handling Fee, Shipping Information, Payment Detail and Feedback Instructions before bidding on any items listed by Bargain TV Products Australia.

2. The winning bidder, or buy it now purchaser must complete the sale transaction (including payment) within 5 days from the date of receipt of the ebay email notification following the end of the sale. Otherwise, they will be considered as NON-PAY buyer.

For International Buyer, we only accept payment by PAYPAL

3. Bargain TV Products Australia is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods. However if you do experience any problems, please contact us via email and we will try to resolve any issues to the best of our ability.

4. We will not be responsible for any compatibility problem. So please carefully read the listing thoroughly before you bid or select to purchase. If you do not understand anything, or have any questions, please email us.

8. It is not acceptable to refund/replace items if buyers merely feel unhappy because the item is not what they expected, or that have simply changed their minds. (please see returns policy for damaged goods)

10. We will replace your item(s) if it is found to be Broken on Arrival (BOA) within 7 days from the date of dispatch. For any BOAs, you must contact us and return the item within 7 days. For assistance with returns please email us.

11. If an item needs to be returned for after the 7-day period from the date of dispatch, postage for both ways will be at the buyer's expense.

12. We do not accept any item return by COD. The returned postage must be paid entirely by the Buyer. You MUST contact us before you return anything to us.

13. The Buyer Must pay the shipping and handling fee stated in the listings. (some items have discounts available on shipping, but it is stated within the items.) NOT ALL ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR POSTAGE DISCOUNTS.

14. Item will not be shipped until payment has been received in full.

15. All shipments will be made within 72 hours (Excluding weekends and public holidays) and depart from Sydney after payment has been confirmed.

17. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after hours.

18. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery, after the payment has been confirmed/ Cleared. For international buyer, delivery time will be subject to custom clearance

21.When we receive positive feedback from a buyer, we will leave a positive feedback to the buyer on the same day. (please note, we will not leave any feedback until this has been received)

23. For all returned items faulty or not, the buyer is responsible for shipping and handling fee.

**We have NO responsibility on the shipping and handling fee on any returned items. If buyer sends back the item by C.O.D. service, item will NOT be accepted. 

24. The return item must be in new condition with the full package, otherwise we will not

accept any refund after checking.

25. As we sell many individual auction items as well, we may not always be able to replace your items. If this is the case you will be offered a full refund on purchase price for the items.
