PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Minor revision.
Feedback for completed orders will be left automatically, we do this once every 1-2 weeks (so there may be a delay of up to 2 weeks between when your order ships and when we leave feedback). If your order is paid/shipped then you do not need to email asking for feedback, as it will be left in due time.
Please include your full name, address and order details in all your correspondence (quote previous email replies). Make sure you have regular access to your eBay registered email account until you receive confirmation of shipping or feedback, if there is a problem you will be contacted by email.
If you send a message and don't receive a reply in 48 hours then resend the message by email and also by eBay's contact member form ("ask seller a question" link available on the item page). Generally you should receive a reply within 24-36 hours max. Allow slightly longer for weekends/public holidays. If you have a problem contacting us by email you can phone (08) 92454280.
Payment deadline is 14 days. If you wish to cancel your order then please advise. Payment reminder may be sent earlier if there is no contact from you.
For AU$ listings please make sure you are on the Australian eBay site ebay.com.au when using checkout, other country sites may give errors.
After making payment allow sufficient time for processing and delivery. Make sure you have regular access to your email account until you receive confirmation of shipping or feedback.
In cases of delayed delivery or suspected loss, we can only follow up with Australia Post if you have selected Registered or Express service. Regular Post and Regular Airmail are not insured/not traceable.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Payment is through PayPal only. Payment goes to sales@benmemphis.com . You need to include your postal details with the PayPal payment.
International shipping is based on weight, it is not flat rate as for Australian orders. If your order is for only one eBay listing you can obtain the shipping quote in the item description and checkout. "Airmail" is Regular Airmail and "Other International Postage" is Registered Airmail.
If your order is for more than one eBay listing please wait for correct shipping quote. We will send and eBay invoice within a few hours or overnight. Due to checkout limitations the eBay message you receive may also include Australian payment or shipping methods, please ignore those.
Other payment methods may be accepted for large orders, but note that we can't accept any overseas postal money orders or personal cheques.
AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
For AU$ listings complete checkout with the desired shipping method and your chosen method of payment. Our payment address and bank info is provided during the checkout process. If paying to bank account you must use "Bank Deposit" as the payment option to obtain our bank details during checkout. For local pickup + cash payment you do not need to complete checkout (see below for pickup option).
Payments to bank account may be delayed unless your name is displayed as the online transfer reference or full payment confirmation is received for any other transfer/deposit (over the counter deposit and online transfer where there is no name as the description). This is your responsibility, if we can't ID who has made a payment then we can't process that payment.
- To confirm an OVER THE COUNTER DEPOSIT email 1. the DATE the payment was made + 2. the AMOUNT paid + 3. the BRANCH NUMBER (or LOCATION) where payment was made. You can also email a scan of the deposit receipt. Make sure you receive a reply. If you wish to enter a description for an over the counter deposit you have to ask the bank teller to do it, but do not assume it will show up on our statement as intended as in many cases it does not (ie you still need to send payment confirmation). If you are paying by over the counter deposit then clearly specify "over the counter" in your messages. As most customers pay by online transfer and the word "deposit" can mean various forms, unless you specify over the counter and provide a location where payment is made we will be expecting an online transfer.
- For ONLINE BANK TRANSFER enter YOUR NAME in any payment reference/description fields when making the transfer (doesn't matter if it is your real name or eBay user name). Do not assume your account name will show as a reference. Please do not enter any other words or numbers as this can cause a delay. It is more important to ID who has paid not which item is being paid for (eg numerous orders for the same item). If you have not entered your name or could not enter any description at all then you must send a copy of the online transfer receipt or full transfer details after the transfer is completed (date, amount, description, receipt numbers, originating account name/bank, etc). Make sure you receive a reply.
Credit Card payment accepted through PayPal. Payment goes to sales@benmemphis.com . Select "PayPal" as the payment method during checkout.
For Australia Post Money Order or Cheque payment please send a message when payment has been posted. Cheque payment is processed when cheque clears. Make cheque or money order payable to "benmemphis.com".
Cash payment is for pickup only, do not send cash through the post.
Local pickup can be arranged but generally Sundays only, from Scarborough. Email a few days in advance for details or phone on the number above.
