We will NOT:
- React to any Feedback threats, Feedback extortion or manipulations- will report to eBay immedietly.
- Ship overseas (except New Zealand)
- Accept Credit Card directly (only via Pay Pal )
- EVER-EVER ask you to pay via cash services such as Western Union.
- EVER-EVER ask you to Wire money overseas
- Send you second chance offer that is not visible via eBay “My Ebay” screen
- Ship to NON PayPal address, or different name when payment made via Pay Pal
- React to any spam or inappropriate offers – it will go straight to eBay Security.
- Allow pick up! It’s unsecure ( to walk around with $3,000 to pick up a laptop!)
- Exchange/refund or provide warranty service after mentioned period expired.
- Provide software support – We are online store, not a help desk.
We will make sure :
- We do our best to make your purchase as quick and secure as possible.
- Make sure you are well informed during sale process.
- All your questions are answered in timely manner within 1-3 working days (Yes you are very special, as we get 1200-1500 emails a day, our customer service persons answering it as quick as one can type) during working hours.

NB: We are getting quite tired of first time buyers making a purchase and then exhausting us with thousands of questions and not being prepared to pay. Don't be lazy and read eBay help pages for an information on how PayPal and eBay purchasing system works! eBay is a safe place to make purchase, especially when you apply common sense and follow the instructions.
