SHIPPING:

PAYMENT OPTION - DOMESTIC:
- Please pay via PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit or Money Order
- Credit Card Payment: Buyer must have a Feedback score of 10 minimum , without negative feedbacks or comments.
- IMPORTANT:
- Shipping discounts are offered for auction winners of 2 items or above within a 7 days period.
- DO NOT pay until we send you message of recalculation of the postage for multiple items.
- Items must be paid together and shipped together; we can not combine shipping for items have been paid separately and send separately.
- Please specify your eBay ITEM NUMBER with your payment to avoid dispatch delays. If you haven’t received your item in reasonable time contact your local Post Office before contacting us. Your parcel might be there for pickup. It also might be that we have been unable to locate your payment with your order.

RETURNS:
- Faulty or wrong item claims must be made within 1 working day after customer received the item. Customers must send faulty items back to us for testing not later than 1 working day after claim was lodged.
- If the item is faulty or wrong, we will send a replacement by Australian eParcel service (your signature requested) and fully reimburse the customer for the cost of return postage charge.
- We will offer credit or a refund for the item only, when it is faulty or wrong and we do not have a replacement in stock.
- If the item is not faulty, it will be sent back to the customer (at customer’s expenses) and no reimbursement will be made for either the item or return postage & handling fees.
- We exchange but don’t refund for wrong sized item, please choose careful and compare your measurements with our description details, or contact us for information before bidding. (new postage charge required)
INSURANCE COVER :
