is posted before an attempt to resolve the problem, Blossom Accessories
will reserve the right to accept the negative feedback as the final
resolution to the matter and a return will no longer be accepted.

We want to keep you as a valued customer
therefore our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. You must contact us
within 2 DAYS and we must receive the item within 7 DAYS of the date you
receive item for a refund less a 20% restocking fee. Shipping/resizing
fees are not refundable. Returned items must be in the original
condition, not worn or altered and should be returned with all original
documents. Shipping, insurance & resizing cost are non refundable.
Your refund will be processed when your returned items are received.
Return shipping charges
will be the buyer's responsibility.

Payment
must be received within 7 business days of the auction closed. After two
consecutive reminders if payment is still not received, within 15 days,
Ebay will be notified and your details will be handed over to a
collection agency.
We
request you NOT to bid/buy if you are not sure of paying for it. Non
payment can lead to your account suspension at Ebay and can affect your
Credit Report.
