Items damaged in transit
If your items have been damaged during transit & you did not take insurance at the time of checkout, then unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility as stated in the postage & handling section of our listing.
If you did take insurance on your items, please contact us immediately.
Exchanges cannot be made for damaged packaging, only damaged merchandise. All returned items will be inspected by our staff & customer will be notified of all findings. If no damage is found, item will be returned at the customers expense.
Wrongly received items
Whilst great care is taken to ensure your orders are correct, we allow for human error. If you happen to receive a wrong item please contact us immediately to organise an exchange. All items must be returned to us in a saleable condition.
Faulty goods within warranty period
If your items are damaged during the 12 month warranty period please contact us as soon as the fault is noticed. Contact made after warranty has ended will not be honored. Warranty only covers manufacturing faults and not damage caused by misuse or normal wear & tear. All returned items are to be done so at the customers expense & items will be inspected by our staff. Items that do not meet warranty terms will be returned at customers expense.
If our staff deem your item to meet warranty requirements, you will be entitled to receive a replacement of the same item, or if none available, a similar item.
Unwanted items
If for some reason our items don't meet your requirements, please contact us. Items can be returned at customers expense up to 30 days from receipt of goods. Items must be in an unused & saleable condition. Items can not be exchanged & a 20% handling fee will apply on all refunds.
