No returns unless product is defective - if product is damaged during delivery we cannot replace the item unless the damage was due to inadequate packaging. All items are posted in protective mailers. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. Once we put items in the mail their delivery is beyond our control. Unfortunately we cannot make the mail arrive faster!
