Q:Can I pick up the item?
A:Unfortunately, pickups are not possible for most of our items. The reason for this is that as we sell on behalf of a large number of vendors. These vendors ship the items directly from their warehouses around the country.
Q:Can I combine auction?
A:We offer combined postage discount for multiple purchase from 10%/+. It only applies on the P&H of additional item(s). It is not applicable on past or paid orders. The discount will be displayed after you have entered your postal address in our checkout system. We may combine your items won up to 7 days which is the same as the payment term.
Q:How do I pay for an item that I have won on eBay?
A:We accept Direct Deposit, TT, Paypal, Credit card and Money Order. For money order, you should send it to PO BOX 196 HAMPTON PARK, 3976 VIC AU please remember to make the cheque payable to CHANCE TRADING PTY LTD
Q:How long will it take for postage?
A:We usually ship within 2 working days after receiving full payment. The transit time will depend on the location. Mostly the transit time will be, Victoria: 2-3 days. NSW, SA, ACT, WA: 3-5 days. QLD or TAS: 5 days or more. *These are only for main cities, if you live in an outskirt area, then it may take a longer time
Q:How is the postage and handling cost calculated?
A:The postage cost is consisted of packaging, handling and postage cost. Before placing your generous bids, you should have clearly read and understood the terms and condition in the listing, when you place your bid you are automatically agreed to pay the listed cost.
Q:When can you leave feedback?
A:Our system will automatically leave you a good feedback after you leave us a positive feedback. It is very important for us to resolve any of your complaints before leaving a neutral or negative feedback. We give GOOD Feedback to every buyer who pays.
Q:How long do I have to pay for an item?
A:Payment should be made within 7 days from the end of auction, we will file an unpaid item dispute with ebay after the payment term and a strike will be issued accordingly.
Q:What is your Refunds Policy?
A:We do replace the faulty item only based upon the receipt of the original item given it is not damaged and is kept in brand new condition, within 7 days after the dispatch. However, please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. We will use internet bank transfer to make refunds only if we am unable to replace the faulty item.
Q:Will I need to sign for my item on delivery?
A:All of our items require a signature upon delivery. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the driver will leave a notice in your letterbox to arrange a second delivery. The item may be returned to sender if it is unclaimed for more than 14 days.
Q:Can i have you bank details?
A:For bank deposit or TT, you may direct deposit to ANZ bank, account holder name is CHANCE TRADING Pty Ltd. and the BSB number is 013165 with account number 258071252. Very importantly, please put either "your ebay item number" or "your ebay ID" as the reference. It may take longer to confirm your payment if the payment has no references to refer.
