• Pickups are not possible for most of our items. The reason for this is that as we sell on behalf of a large number of vendors. These vendors ship the items directly from their warehouses around the country.
  

• We generally offer combined postage discount of 10%. The discount only applies on the P&H of additional item(s). The discount will be automated in our checkout system, and it will be displayed to you after you have entered your postal address. We may combine your items up to 7 days which is the same as the payment term.

• We usually ship within 2 working days after receiving full payment. The transit time will depend on the location. Mostly the transit time will be, Victoria: 2-3 days. NSW, SA, ACT, WA: 3-5 days. QLD or TAS: 5 days or more. *These are only for main cities, if you live in an outskirt area, then it may take a longer time We reserve the right to take your neutral or negative feedback as your final response to any disputes.

• The postage cost is consisted of packaging, handling and postage cost. Before placing your generous bids, you should have clearly read and understood the terms and condition in the listing, when you place your bid you are automatically agreed to pay the listed cost.
  

• Our system will automatically leave you a good feedback after you leave us a positive feedback. It is very important for us to resolve any of your complaints before leaving a neutral or negative feedback. We give GOOD Feedback to every buyer who pays.
  

• Payment should be made within 7 days from the end of auction, we will file an unpaid item dispute with ebay after the payment term and a strike will be issued accordingly.
  
  
• All of our items require a signature upon delivery. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the driver will leave a notice in your letterbox to arrange a second delivery. The item may be returned to sender if it is unclaimed for more than 14 days.
  

• All sale is final, if the item has no obvious problem, we do not accept reason for refund or replacement such as "I don't like the item" or "Item not what i expected".

• Please check the item description before placing your bids, we have tried to take all reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of the description.

• Bidder must consider total price includes the postage fee before you bid the item.
  

• Buyers must contact us within 3 business days after receiving item if there are any damages and we'll arrange for a replacement.

• We do replace the faulty item only based upon the receipt of the original item given it is kept in brand new condition, within 14 business days after the dispatch.

• Your return/ exchange request will be processed within 7 business days after receiving your returned item(s).

• We will use paypal to arrange refunds only if we am unable to replace the faulty item.

• We are able to process claims ONLY if the description is significantly different.

• We do not accept any returned parcels based on COD.

• We're NOT responsible for any transportation fee during repairs or exchange. All postage fee would be at the buyer's costs unless prior agreement. The return postage will be offered as a credit towards next purchase.

• IF PARCELS ARE RETURNED TO US, DUE TO UN "UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS" OR "NO ONE AT HOME". WE WILL CHARGE FOR SECOND POSTAGE BASED ON WHAT YOU HAVE PAID FOR THE FIRST POSTAGE.

• Please ensure you have entered A DELIVERABLE ADDRESS  in our checkout system as referred to the listing terms and conditions. We do not take any address from your PAYPAL or EBAY account.  

• For LOST ITEMS or INSURANCE CLAIMS , bidders will have to contact the couriers directly. We will help to supply all neccessary documents upon request.

• Merchandise to be returned must be shipped in a protective box in addition to the manufacturer's packaging.

• Shipping is paid for by CHEAPESTCHEAPCHEAP if the exchange is a result of our error.

• If your exchange is Not due to our error, a shipping charge will apply for reshipping the merchandise back to you. We will deduct the shipping costs plus a reasonable restocking fee from your refund.

• Ending price under $100 --> $5
• Ending price over $100 under $200 --> $8
• Ending price over $200 under $300 --> $12
• Ending price over $300 under $400 --> $15
• Ending price over $400 under $500 --> $20
• Ending price over $500 ->$25

The "end of auction" email will guide you to the checkout, we will not release the products until the buyer has completed the checkout and have paid the relevant postage and insurance cost.
