Listing and
returns
o I have described the
item(s) as accurately and honestly as humanly possible.
o There are no returns on
items sold, as all sales are final, so please
ask questions before
bidding - email.
o Where an item has a fault
that was not declared in the listing, please contact me to
discuss options
Environment
o I do have a cat and a dog,
(
see About Me page) but they do not come in contact with any
items for sale.
Combined
shipping
o
Combined postage discount is available ? but
only if you do NOT go through the checkout until you have
completed ALL your purchases AND have received a combined
invoice. (Don?t forget to let me know when you have
finished, so I can send the invoice!)
Payment
o
Payment Methods:
- Direct bank deposit (please
use User Id or Postcode as reference)
- PayPal
- Money order/bank cheque
(remember 3-5 working days to clear)
o Contact is to be made
within 3 days and payment within 7 days.
o If contact and payment is
not made within the specified time frame, the item will be
relisted, a 'non-paying bidder' report will be filed and you will
be blocked from bidding and/or purchasing from Catteots Cross
Stitch.
Postage, packaging and handling
o Combined postage discount is available
(see above for conditions)
o I will only charge what Australia Post
will charge me plus a basic packaging and handling fee of $1.50
per shipped package.
o If you have purchased any items
requiring extra attention to packing, the packing and handling
fee may be higher, but will not
exceed $2.50 per
shipped package under any circumstances. (For full details about
my packing and handling policy)
o Registered and Express post, as well as
insurance, are available - a simple email to let me know, so I
can adjust the invoice. I cannot be responsible for items lost or
damaged by Australia post, so if you have any apprehension DO
consider the registered and/or insurance options.
o Item(s) will be posted within
2 working days of funds being received/cleared, (Please be
mindful of weekends and public holidays.)
IF something does go wrong, I will help all I can - so
please contact me before opening a dispute or leaving feedback. I
would like you to be happy to come back and buy again at Catteots
Cross Stitch.
