| A:Charm Me is an authorised Pandora retailer. All items sold by us are new and authentic Pandora Jewellery, and come with a certificate of authenticity from Pandora. You can also check the jewellery itself which will be stamped with the letters "ALE", the original jeweller's hallmark. |
| Q:When will I get my Pandora item/s & why do we offer to post free within Australia? |

| A:Once your order is made and payment is received, your goods will be express posted within 2 business days (usually the same day). At Charm Me we understand that it is not always easy to get to a shopping centre, whether it is due to geographical remoteness or just having too much to do in too little time. |
| Q:How do I pay? |

| A:We are happy to accept payment through PayPal or Direct Bank deposit. Payment is appreciated within 7 days of ordering. Please include your eBay ID or item number if paying via bank deposit. Please note that some banks take up to four working days to send funds and this may delay receipt of your goods. |
| Q:What is your return Policy on Pandora products? |

| A:We offer a "No Questions Asked" 14 day return policy. You may return unworn and unused Pandora Jewellery merchandise purchased from Charm Me within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided it is in its original condition and packaging. Any additional postage from your home address to us will be at your own expense. |
| Q:Do you offer a gift wrapping service? |

| A:All our items are posted in authentic Pandora packaging. We are happy to gift wrap and send your package & message card to a third party on request.
Should you wish us to design a Pandora Bracelet or Necklace gift on your behalf, give us your budget & theme and we will provide this service at no additional cost. |

| Q:Will you ship overseas? |

| A:As an authorised Australian Pandora retailer, we are happy to accept purchases from overseas customers but only if the items are to be posted within Australia or New Zealand (ie. must have an Australian or New Zealand delivery address). If you are in another country, we are are happy to help you find a Pandora retailer closer to you. |
