Please make contact within 3 days and payment within 5 days.
Bank Deposit payments take approx 2-3 working days to clear.

If payment is not received within 5 days from the date of placing the order, an Unpaid Item Dispute will be opened and this will result in the order being cancelled and the buyer will receive a strike.

1) The postage charge may include a small handling fee which covers the cost of preparing the item and packaging (eg bubblewrap, cardboard and/or padded bags). Insurance is compulsary on all plaque orders to cover the item against loss or damage in the post (refer to my Store Policies for more details about returns).
2) Processing times are generally 3-5 days after your payment has been received.
3) Delivery will be made by Australia Post, or Courier. I post on TUESDAYS and FRIDAYS ONLY. Please allow approx 1-2 weeks for delivery.
4) A postage discount is available for orders of 2 or more items. Please contact me for a quote before purchasing.
