MY COMMITMENT:
To offer you a high level of service and fast delivery times. I will keep you informed (by email) of the status of your order and respond to all enquires within 24 hours, where possible. I will not disclose your personal information to any third parties.
A small handling fee is charged to all plaque orders. This covers the time taken to personalise the item and packaging costs.
RETURNS/REFUNDS:
Compulsary Insurance is added to all plaque orders for a small fee of $3, this covers the item against loss or damage in transit. Optional insurance is offered on all other listings and I strongly suggest that you insure your items to avoid any disappointments.
*Please note* We no longer use Insurance or Registered Mail through Australia Post. Instead, we offer our own Insurance Protection which has a much smoother and hassle-free claim process. In some cases we may request that the damaged item be returned to us (at our expense) or we may require photographic evidence of the damage to verify the claim.
Damaged plaques will be replaced with the same plaque and name (as per the original purchase order) WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. In the event that the original plaque design is not available, the buyer will be offered an alternative plaque design with the original name, or a full refund.
If uninsured items are damaged in transit, it is the buyers responsibility to contact Australia Post for compensation.
If a mistake is made by us, eg incorrect product sent or a spelling mistake, we will cover the cost of sending a replacement (including the postage charge). The customer is not required to return the incorrect item unless we request this, in which case we will cover the postage cost.
All items are described in great detail with photos, therefore I am unable to refund personalised items, due to change of mind.
I am unable to accept returns if buyers make incorrect choices or spelling errors, please make sure all details are entered correctly.
Please note: Name Plaques are not a toy and are not designed to be played with. I am unable to accept future returns if letters have been pulled off (by little fingers), or if a plaque gets damaged by any means other than during transit. I suggest replacing letters with a very small amount of super glue and any paint chips can be touched up with felt tip pens.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:
I make every effort to ensure that the goods are as described in the listing. However, occasionally some vey slight variations may occur in colour, specifications or other aspects. My entire liability to you or any third parties is limited to the sale of the relevant goods.
FEEDBACK:
Positive feedback will be left for satisfactorily completed transactions. Non-Paying buyers will be addressed according to the eBay Unpaid Item Process and will receive a strike.
