How long will it take for me to receive my item?
All items are despatched within 2 business days of payment being
cleared. Please allow 3-7 business days to receive within
Australia, 7-12 worldwide although delivery can usually be quicker depending on your
location. If you require quicker postage we recommend you choose
express post and pay with paypal.
I like an item you have listed but I need another size or colour
do you have any others apart from those listed?
All items kept in stock are listed in most cases however, we
receive new shipments weekly and if it isn't listed we will probably
be getting more in or will be able to make up a listing for you to
purchase, so please ask as we usually have other sizes and styles
available.
How can I pay?
We currently accept the following payment methods:
Bank Deposit or Paypal only. Other payment methods will not be
accepted
International Buyers: Paypal only.
Can I exchange my item for another size if it doesn't fit?
We are happy to exchange sizes for clothing if the item is not suitable/does not fit with
return postage paid by the buyer. If it is faulty return postage shall be paid by Classy-Couture upon receipt. The returns and exchange
policy must be followed. Please see the Terms and Policies
Page.
I am not sure what size I would be how can I choose the best
size for me?
There are size charts with measurements on all our listings to
assist you in deciding which size is most suitable for you. We
recommend comparing these measurements against an item of your own
that is a good fit to ensure you choose the correct size. If you are
unsure what size to choose, please email us with your measurements and
current size and we can recommend a suitable size for you. If you
purchase and it still is not the fit that you desire once you receive
it please refer to the returns and exchange policy.
I am bidding on other items can I wait and pay for all
items together so they can be posted together?
Yes please let us know if this is the case so we can combine your
purchases and post together. Please do not complete checkout for any
of your items until a combined invoice is sent to you with all
your purchases.
I sent an email to "Classy Couture" when will
this be answered?
All emails are answered within 24-48 hours.
I am buying this item for someone else, can you post it to them?
Yes, if you advise us of their address details we can post to them
on your behalf however, please ensure you email us at time of sale to
ensure delivery to the correct address as this cannot be altered once
payment has been received.
What happens if my item gets lost in the post?
In most cases your item will arrive safely within the specified
timeframe however sometimes items can go missing in the post.
In the event that your item does go missing we will proactively
lodge all the relevant documentation with our delivery partners on
your behalf and pro-actively communicate with you to ensure you are
updated on the status at all times.
Do you offer any shipping discount on your items?
Yes a A 30% discount is offered on the postage of each additional
item paid for at the same time at checkout. Full shipping is charged
for the item with the highest shipping cost, additional items will be
charged at 30% off. Please ensure you wait for all items to end and
they are combined under a single ebay invoice before making payment.
Do you offer fast shipping?
Yes! Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of cleared payment. If you need your order sooner please choose express post when you checkout to pay for your item.
Has my order been sent yet?
Classy-Couture will send you an email when your order has been posted.
Oops! How do I cancel my bid?
To cancel your bid BEFORE the auction has ended, please visit eBay's Bid Retraction page. To cancel your bid AFTER the auction/Buy It Now has ended you will need to contact Classy-Couture. eBay charge Classy-Couture fees for every item we list, we must contact eBay for re-imbursement of those fees when an item is not paid for. Unpaid item notifications will be filed for all Non-paying bidders. As this can negatively impact your account with eBay we do allow customers to reimburse us directly for the listing fee (approximately $2 per item), in order to mutually cancel the transaction.
