Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns for health reasons unless the error is on our side and we will give instructions for return postage if this happens Any postage costs for returns will be reimbursed for errors caused by us only. We do guarantee you get the item as advertised and any errors will gladly and promptly be corrected.
Should I contact you to check on my order?
Please allow sufficient time to allow your order to get there before asking. We receive large quantities of emails every day and it is difficult to answer every one. We will send you a confirmation email stating your payment has been received and your parcel has been posted. If you have made your payment but have not received this confirmation email there may be a problem, often it is something simple like you have not stated the colour required or have not left your eBay user id as a reference when making your payment, this makes it hard to trace the payment to the customer. Following these simple guides ensures a speedy dispatch of your parcel.
How do you handle feedback?
We are pleased to leave feedback once left for us as we have an automated program that is updated regularly to reciprocate. . Please contact us before leaving any negative comments as a courtesy as most problems, if any are easily solved.
Do you accept special requests?
We are glad to check stock for your favourite item but it may take a few days to reply.
