A LITTLE ABOUT OUR SHOP POLICIES

Whilst we endeavour to bring the quickest and most pleasant Ebay experience, sometimes things conspire against us sometimes things go wrong whereby I can't post on the same day a payment is received.  I do however, as stated in my listings, post within 3 working days of the payment clearing.

Payment clearing in this case means either being received via Paypal which is usually instant (unless E-cheque is used which may take up to 10 days to clear), showing in my Bank Account (this is not necessarily the same as the day it is deposited) or when I have received a Money Order.

I will usually send an invoice once the payment is cleared to say it has been received and another when I post the item.  I say usually, because we are only human and sometimes I do forget.  Feel free to rap me over the knuckles if this happens!

As we are in WA, postage times will vary to those in the Eastern States.  Australia Post advises anything from 5-10 working days is the norm!

Saying that though, I have had items get there in as little as 2 days, but have also had some take as long as 2 weeks.  International mail is usually better than delivery within Australia, believe it or not and I have had some items reach America and Europe within days.

Usually I deem the transaction complete once the item has been received by the buyer and any problems have been resolved.  I usually consider the leaving of feedback by the buyer as confirmation that the item has been received and the transaction complete.

If you don't feel comfortable leaving feedback first, an email when the item is received is appreciated so I know the item was received and am made aware of any problems if any, and of course so I can leave you feedback.

My Returns Policy is stated in most of my listings and is pretty straightforward.

I do offer Optional Insurance of your item at Checkout and it is recommended for expensive items.
