- Returns  
If the Goods received are defective, you must Contact Us within 7 business days of the delivery date to be eligible for replacement. Goods will be replaced with the product originally purchased.

All returned products are tested upon their return to us, in order to ensure they are defective and to determine what the defect(s) may be. If it is determined that a product you have returned to us is in proper working condition, it will be sent back to you at your cost. A full refund will be
offered for products that cannot be replaced due to unavailability.
 
To assist us in identifying your Goods on receipt by us, we ask you to contact us prior to returning any Goods. We will issue you with a Returns Reference Number (RRN), which must be clearly marked on the outside of all packaging.

What if I'm not home at the time of delivery?
If you selected Registered Post and are not at the delivery address at the time of delivery, a notice will be left in your letterbox for pickup at your local post office outlet. Please note that a signatory needs to be at the delivery address to sign for and collect the parcel.
