I try to post within two working days of receiving payment, if the item is paid on time. International shipping may be a touch longer. All items are posted in watertight bags, and delicate items are wrapped in bubble wrap for protection.

Domestic Post

• Via Australia Post, express and registered post only.
• Combined postage is always available, I only charge what it costs for postage and packaging. A 3kg express post satchel ($12) can fit quite a few items, so don't be concerned that more than a couple of dresses will mean expensive post. If in doubt, contact me for an exact quote on multiple items.
• Registered Post is always available, and is recommended for any item of value. In fact, I think it is fair to only offer registered post on expensive items – it is only a few dollars more and is both protection and peace of mind for you and me.
• Insurance is always available.

• Products sent via Registered Airmail only, as surface mail can take months from Australia.
• All international shipping charges are clearly stated within each item description.
• Combined shipping is always available, I only charge what it costs for postage and packaging so just contact me for a quote.
• Transit times vary between destinations, and can be from 5 days – around 3 weeks. Most items arrive in under 2 weeks.
• Insurance is available for an additional $8.50.
• Express International Airmail (delivery in under 5 days) is available, but is very expensive, usually starting from $50.
• Some countries, such as the UK, charge customs fees to import items over a particular value. It is the buyer's responsibility to be aware of and pay for any of these fees.
