Please contact me if wanting to return an item for exchange or refund. If the item has arrived damaged through the care of Australia Post this will NOT be exchanged or refunded unless registered post has been paid for. The item must be returned strictly within 7 days. Please ensure that the item is well packaged on it's return. Refund will be given once the item has been received. Refund will be only for the purchase price of the item, not for the postage cost. Return postage cost is at the buyers expense.
