What payment methods do you accept?

 

For Australian Customers, we take Direct Bank Debit/Deposit, Credit Cards (Visa, Master, bankcard, AMEX), Australian Postal Money Order, Bank Cheque, Cash.

 

For Overseas customers,  We accept Paypal and credit card or US$ cash. Our Paypal account is cnwint2001@yahoo.com.au

What should I notice when I pay by direct deposit?

 

When you pay by direct deposit, please make sure your eBay username (or Item no.) is written as the payment description so that we can identify your payment promptly. Also, please email us the suburb of the bank branch where you deposit the money.

 

 

How should I pay by credit card?

To pay by credit card, you may either ring us on 02-9874 0884 or fax your card details to 02-9874 0656. You may also send credit card details by email following the instructions below:

 

a. 1st email, please show us the first 8 digits of the card Nos.

b. 2nd email, please show us the last 8 digits of the card Nos.

c. 3rd email, please show us the expiry date and card holder’s name.

 

Those emails can be sent in 3 different times. The purpose of these is to protect your privacy from viewing by the third party in internet.

 

 

 

Do you accept money order from Bidpay western union?

 

No, we normally don’t accept Western Union money order. If it is your only choice to pay, an extra US$10 bank transaction fee is required. So you need to add another US$10 to the final bidding price plus shipping cost.  

 

 

What is the exchange rate you are using?

 

Some of our items are listed in US dollar or GBP. As the actual exchange rate keeps changing every day, we use the fixed exchange rate for convenience. Please view the payment conditions for the exchange rate.

 

  

Is your price GST inclusive?

 

Yes, Bidding price and Buy It Now price are GST inclusive.

 

 

Do you issue tax invoice with ABN no.?

 

Yes, we will issue tax invoice with our ABN. for each transaction. A copy of invoice will be shipped together with your order. Our ABN No. is: 85050095380

 

   

How do I request my payment or delivery status information?

 

If you want to make an enquiry about payment or delivery status of your order, please email us your eBay item no. and exact payment date. After we get the information, we will check our record and reply to you ASAP.

 

 

What should I do if I change my mind and want to cancel my order?

 

We prefer serious bidders only. However for some reason you would like to cancel the order, please comply with our Restocking Fee policy as follows:

Restocking fee: If for any reasons, the winner wish to cancel the bidding, for not bidder's account to be suspended, a 20% of the final payable amount or AU$12 (for whichever is greater) will be requested as the restocking fee. The restocking fee is used to cover eBay fee and seller's basic labour cost in handling this item.

 

 

 

Delivery Questions:

 

Is pickup available?

 

Basically we don't do pick-up. The reason is that we don’t have a store or an outlet which is open to the public. For the customers who need the order urgently, they can pick up themselves. However, we still charge the shipping and handling fee.

 

 

Which delivery agency do you use?

 

We usually send goods by Express or Registered post through Australia Post. Other couriers are available on request.

 

   

How long should I expect to receive my order?

 

If sent by Express satchel, it normally takes 1-2 days for delivery to reach most areas in Australia. 

 

For overseas customers, we ship usually the order by ordinary air mail parcel through Australia Post. The delivery takes about 7-10 days if there is no delay caused by postal service and the Customs office of the local country.

 

 

Is there any insurance on the parcel?

 

For overseas parcels, the shipping cost quoted on our eBay website usually doesn’t cover the insurance cost. We will quote the insurance cost upon request.

 

For parcels within Australia, if sent by Registered Parcel, it automatically comes with A$100 Insurance.

 

 

Do you combine shipping for multiple purchases?

 

Yes, we combine shipping for multiple orders, which means the shipping cost won’t increase if you buy more than one item. (Some items, like batteries are exclusive)

 

 

Do you accept COD?

 

No, we don’t accept C.O.D. All the goods are dispatched only after payment is confirmed.

When do we normally leave feedback?

 

Feedback will be left after the purchase is completed. After your feedback we will leave your feedback in return.

 

 


Warranty Questions:

 

What is your Return Policy?

All items (New or Used) we are selling are supposed with a good quality. In case a faulty item is received, we welcome buyer to send it back within 14 days (at buyer's cost) for checking and replacement. However, if the returning unit is confirmed to be a good one or for any reasons which shall not be blamed to the seller, a shipping and handling fee will be requested to return the item back to the buyer.

 

After 14 days, the warranty will be taken by the manufacturer. Different manufacturers will have different warranty terms. Most items come with 1 year warranty while some offer life-time warranty. Details can be discussed with the manufacturer or us.

 

 

What should I do if the item is DOA or becomes faulty after a period of use?

 

Please email us a detailed description of the problem. Also we need your tax invoice no., eBay item no. and purchase date. We will let you know how to solve the problem or return the goods under warranty.
