Worried that the Christmas rush might put delays on your gifts?

We guarantee that all orders made before 23:59 (GMT), Sunday 20th December 2009. will reach you before Christmas Eve, providing that the item's status was "In Stock" at the time you placed your order.
Should we fail to keep to this, we will award you with AU$50 in cash. No "ifs", no "buts" - consider it our Christmas gift to you!



Terms and Conditions
This guarantee is valid to customers with a United States, Australia, France, Germany, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, or Ireland shipping address only.
Guaranteed delivery excludes delays due to colour/mount not specified by the buyer.
This guarantee is only valid on products shipped by UPS/DHL/FedEx. Standard airmail or registered airmail deliveries are excluded.
Orders must be paid in full by 4pm at your country's local time on 23:59 (GMT), Sunday 20th December 2009. in order to qualify for the guarantee.
Orders paid to us by personal cheque must clear our account by 4pm on 23:59 (GMT), Sunday 20th December 2009. . Please note that it takes up to 8 working days for a cheque to clear.
If all these conditions are satisfied and we still fail to deliver before Christmas Eve (24th December 2009), you have the option to return the item to us after Christmas (postage paid by us) for a full refund, and you are eligible to receive AU$50 in cash. The AU$50 will be paid to you by either bank transfer or cheque no later than 14th January 2009.
The guarantee is void in the case of the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment on the first delivery attempt, or if the recipient fails to give a signature.
The guarantee is void if you provide us with an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
The guarantee does not apply to deliveries that are delayed to due to causes beyond DigitalRev or UPS/DHL/FedEx's control, including but not limited to, the following: acts of God; acts of public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority; acts or omissions of customs or similar authorities; insufficient information provided by a customer; the application of security regulations imposed by the government, or otherwise applicable to the delivery location; riots, strikes or other labour disputes; war, military actions or police actions; acts of terrorism; civil unrest; disruptions in air or ground transportation networks; and natural disasters.
