Terms And Conditions
- By placing a bid on any of DiskDomain's items, the bidder agrees to all terms and conditions.
- We reserve the right to cancel bids from any users at our discretion.
- All Items will be shipped after payment is received in full.
- All prices include GST.
- All Sales are Final. Non paying buyers will be reported to ebay. If you have trouble paying please email me, so a solution can be reached, you will find Im very easy to deal with.
- All items are physically in stock before being listed.
- While all care is taken, we will NOT be liable for items damaged or lost during transit if uninsured.
- We will leave positive feedback for all successful transactions, after feedback is received, due to the high number of people that dont leave feedback at all, sorry for any inconvenience.
- Cheques of any kind WILL NOT be accepted.
- PayPal, Bank Deposit & Australian Money Orders are the only payment methods accepted from Australian buyers
- PayPal is the only payment method accepted from International buyers
- All items sold by DiskDomain are originals. I do not, and will never deal with any bootlegged or pirated items.
- Returns are accepted if the items are faulty only. If you have purchased a dvd that is not compatable to your equipment, I will accept returns at buyers expense and refund the cost price only. (Cost price excludes postage)
Shipping
- All Items will be shipped on the same or next working day after payment is received.
- Buyer is responsible for ALL shipping charges, which are clearly indicated on each listing.
- I Will post Worldwide.
- All items are available by DELIVERY ONLY - pickups are NOT possible - no exceptions.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for Australian delivery, but it is usually much quicker. (normally 3-5 days). International Post can take up to 3 weeks (usually 8-12 days)
- All purchases will be shipped using Australia Post.
- Postage Insurance is available upon request.
- Express Post in not available, as I am in a country town & there is no overnight delivery guarantee from Australia Post.
Postage Discounts
- Postage discounts are available for all items.
- To take advantage of the combined postage offer, please complete checkout after you have finished shopping.
- Please email me if you wish to purchase several items over several days
- All postage & handling charges are clearly indicated on each of my listings.
- I try to keep my flat postage charge as low as possible. But, the prices are fixed & not negotiable. For example if 43 dvds or cds are purchased, the postage charged will be $3.50 for the first item, then $1.75 for the remaining 42 items = $76.50
- My flat postage costs do include a handling fee.
- I post every item within 24 hours of payment clearing.
- I do combine postage, wherever possible on all my non Cd/Dvd items as well - please email me for a quote.
- My postage prices are not negotiable.
- Registered postage is available at the cost of $2.80, please email me if you would like registered post, for your parcel.

If you do wish to purchase several different items over several days, please let me know whats going on, so I can send a single invoice when you are finished bidding. Also please dont complete checkout, until you have finished bidding.
Checkout
- After the completion of the auction, the winning bidder will receive an E-mail from DiskDomain within 24 hours of the auction close with payment instructions. Please checkout using Ebay's secure checkout using the link provided in this E-mail. Please contact us if you have not received this E-mail.
- All payments are performed by PayPal for Buyers Outside Australia
- Cheques of any kind WILL NOT be accepted.
