Q:Have you received my Payment yet?
A:All communication will be sent to your eBay registered email. If I have not received a payment received email then the payment has not been received.

Q:Do you combine shipping?
A:Yes I combine shipping. All shipping prices are included in Description and will calculate at Checkout

Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
A:All orders are sent within 24hours, Monday to Friday, of receiving cleared funds.

Q:Do you have this Item in another size?
A:As our inventory turns over very quickly if the item is not in our store then we do not have it. Please feel free to use the advanced search for our store.

Q: When do you leave feedback for buyers?
A: Our mission is to deliver great product at great prices ...quickly and efficiently. Because of this commitment, and due to the extraordinary number of transactions that we fulfill daily, it is necessary for us to use an automated system to leave feedback for our customers. The system automatically leaves feedback for all customers who have left feedback for Drinking Gearl.

Q: How long can I wait to pay for my item?
A: From the moment an auction ends or a Buy It Now is chosen, you have exactly 7 days to complete payment. On the 7th day, we may cancel the transaction, re-post the item for sale and file with eBay for a refund of Final Value Fees that we incurred on the sale. Please note: if you are waiting on multiple items, your checkout must be completed within 7 days of your FIRST item being won

Q: I am bidding on other items - do you offer combined shipping discounts?
A: If you win one item and complete our checkout immediately, you will not be eligible to receive combined shipping on subsequent items purchased or won. In order to qualify for our combined shipping discount, you must complete checkout AFTER all items are added to your cart. Items purchased using the same online ID (ie. ebay user ID) will automatically be consolidated into one checkout "cart" and will apply the combined shipping discount to your order total. Once a checkout has been completed, all subsequent transactions will be added to a new checkout "cart". If you use multiple online ID's, there is no way for us to combine those checkout items. Please remember that you still only have 7 days (from the transaction date) to complete checkout - otherwise all items in your checkout will be canceled, re-posted for sale, and will be submitted as a dispute.

Q: Can I buy this item instead of bidding on it?
A: In each of our auctions, there is a "Looking to Buy It Now?" image. By clicking on this image, you will open a new window displaying all available purchase options for the specific product you were looking at. If there is more than one item in stock, there will be an eBay store item with a Buy It Now available. If the only item available is an auction, it typically means it is the last available for that item - we do not close auctions to accommodate fixed price sales requests. |

Q: Do you have a return Policy?
A:If items are returned within thirty days of payment date, we will refund your winning bid amount. Of course, in the rare circumstance where we make a shipping mistake, you will be entitled to a refund of your entire transaction amount. Please note: It is our intention that you will receive the exact item that you bid on, in the condition that we have stated in the auction.
RETURNED ITEMS MUST MEET THESE SIMPLE REQUIREMENTS:
Item must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Item must be in original, unworn condition ? only tried on for fit, sizing, etc.
Item must be returned in original packaging with Return & Exchange Form (Please email us for the Return Form)
• A 50% restocking fee is applied to returned items that show ANY signs of wear, or are returned without original packaging.
• Drinking Gear reserves the right to refuse any return that shows excessive wear.
• Refunds that include shipping related charges are granted only on transactions where product is inspected by Drinking Gear,
and is deemed defective or in error. | |
