Payment and Checkout Information

After winning an auction or choosing a Buy It Now purchase, you have 2 check-out options:

Select Check-Out Now! to immediately proceed with the checkout and payment process. You will be able to complete your payment and finalise your purchase without waiting for an email confirmation from eBay. Select Checkout only after winning an auction item or completing a 'Buy It Now' purchase.

Check-Out Later: If you do not choose to Check-Out now, you will be notified by eBay via e-mail that you are the winning bidder. There is no need to contact us to arrange payment. We will automatically send you an e-mail within three hours of an auction closing. Our message will contain a link to our simple and secure checkout system, where you will be able to quickly and conveniently pay for your purchase.

Our secure checkout will give you the choice to pay via PayPal, remember if you fund the payment through PayPal from your Bank Account it will be treated by PayPal as an echeque and will take 4-7 working days to clear Payment (excluding echeques) is expected within 5 days of auction closing. .

 

Shipping Information

All items will be shipped within 24 hours of payment clearing. Items are shipped Monday through Friday Excluding all NSW holidays.

Items are shipped with Australia Post using either:

Regular Post: Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 days and will be delivered to your address or your Local PO if you are not there.

Express Post: Will be delivered overnight (After payment clears) to all addresses in th Express Post network.

**Important Note: All packages including Express services are shipped within 24 hours of your cleared payment. (IE: A payment made on Thursday morning for Express Post will get processed on Friday for overnight delivery on Monday.)

Air Mail: Is for International buyers and will take 5-10 working days depending on your local Post Network and Customs.

Combined Shipping Offer:
YES - We offer a combined shipping discount to our customers. Upon winning more than one auction, you will automatically receive a shipping discount on each additional item that is paid for and shipped together. PLEASE NOTE: To take advantage of our Combined Shipping offer you must use our Checkout payment system ONLY after all auctions have been completed, and you pay for all of your winning items together using our Checkout payment system.

International Shipping:
We offer International Shipping on most of our items to a large number of countries. Check the specific item listing under shipping terms to find out whether that item can be shipped internationally. All International packages are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment to ensure product accuracy and condition. Returns are NOT permitted on International shipments.

 

Return Policy

We have an unconditional return policy on all NEW items purchased.

If items are returned within thirty days of payment date, we will refund your winning bid amount. Of course, in the rare circumstance where we make a shipping mistake, you will be entitled to a refund of your entire transaction amount. Please note: It is our intention that you will receive the exact item that you bid on, in the condition that we have stated in the auction.

RETURNED ITEMS MUST MEET THESE SIMPLE REQUIREMENTS:
Item must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Item must be in original, unworn condition ? only tried on for fit, sizing, etc.
Item must be returned in original packaging with Return & Exchange Form (Please email us for the Return Form)
• A 50% restocking fee is applied to returned items that show ANY signs of wear, or are returned without original packaging.
• Drinking Gear reserves the right to refuse any return that shows excessive wear.
• Refunds that include shipping related charges are granted only on transactions where product is inspected by Drinking Gear,
and is deemed defective or in error.

 

General Information

Logo's:
While every effort to have accurate images of Logo's, Manufactures can make slight change without notice. If this happens to you please email me so I can fix the problem.

Out Of Stocks:
From time to time items will go out of stock for a short period of time, if this happens to you we will keep you informed and arrange alternative product or a refund

GST:
GST is included in the price for all Australian Buyers.
