be posted?
We post on Tuesday and Thursday of every week,
excluding public holidays.
Do you combine postage?
Yes we do, once you finish purchasing an invoice will be sent with the
correct postage price. Wait till you receive this invoice to ensure you
only pay the necessary amount.

Do you ship
overseas?
Yes we do, prices for under 500g are usually given. Prices for larger
volumes vary and
we ask that you contact
us for an accurate quote. If we cannot ship an item overseas this
usually means we consider the cost to be prohibitive and we have marked
it as
no international
postage. Nothing is set in stone and we are happy to give
you a quote.
What postal
services do you use?
Australia Post provides a fast and reliable service
both nationally and overseas. Product choices range from large letters
and regular parcels for Australia and international, or
express (Australia only) services for under AU $50,
to registered, express
platinum, registered
international and express courier international for items needing
insurance. Insurance costs will be included in the postage price.
Do you charge for
packaging and handling and how much?
Packaging costs are kept to a minimum by using
recycled materials and buying bulk quantities. We use good strong boxes
to ensure that risk of damage is minimal. P & H
prices for domestic
are
approximately $2.60 per parcel.
How soon can I
expect to receive my parcel?
In Australia the recommended time for delivery is 1-6
business days and 1-3 days for express. During busy times
delivery can take longer, up to 10 days.
Overseas can take 1-3 weeks. Delivery time will also depend on your
proximity
to the mail distribution centres.
My
parcel hasn't arrived within the recommend time?
Australian interstate parcels can take up to 10 business days. If the
parcel
was sent by Express or Registered post we can give you a tracking
number to confirm where it was last scanned. To do this the number to

Overseas deliveries in some extreme cases, and particularly around
December, may take up to 3-4 weeks. Parcels sent by
Registered, Registered
International, Express Post International and Express Courier
International have tracking numbers and these can be tracked online at

Are the
goods available at the time of purchase?
All of our stock is kept on our premises and available to send as soon
as
payment clears.
Do you have a money
back guarantee?
Yes we do, if you are not happy with your purchase we will refund your
money when the item is returned to us, no questions asked. Please read

When will I receive
a respone to my email?
Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm Perth, Western
Australia time (GMT +8). During these times we will return
your email quickly, unless unavoidably out of the office. If
this
happens you will usually receive a
response by the end of the day or early next day at the latest.
