| Q:Is combined shipping available and do you offer insurance? |

| A:One shipping and handling fee will cover all items purchased within a seven day period of the first auction. Once you have finished bidding please send our Customer Support Team an email and a combined invoice will be forwarded to you.
Insurance is an optional $2.35 for the fisrt $100 purchase and is required for each $100 block after that |
| Q:Do you offer a refund if I am not satisfied with my item? |

| A:We offer a 100% final bid money back guarantee on all our items returned within seven days of receipt of them and in original condition. You can return your item no questions asked

| Q:By what method do you ship items, how long does it take and how quickly do you send after payment? |

| A:We endeavour to send all our items within two working days of receipt of payment.
All domestic purcases are shipped via Australia Post Register mail, 5-7 working days delivery time.
All international purchases are sent via Australia Post AirMail, 7-21 working days delivery time.
We do not ship by any other method. |

International shipping times - 7-21 working days.
If you do not receive your items within this time frame I would suggest checking your local post office as your items may be simply awaiting collection. If they still are not received within this time frame please let us know and we will initiate a trace. |
