> Our Freight Philosophy

Whether you're an experienced online shopper or an absolute eBay virgin, we understand that buying online can be a daunting process. We aren't the type of seller that simply fobs off our customer service responsibility as soon as the item leaves our warehouse - we believe sellers should inform customers when items are despatched, we believe buyers should be informed of delays and we believe that lost or misguided parcels can be tracked down faster if both the buyer and the seller are working together to locate them.

We aim to achieve those targets with buyers to ensure a smooth and pain free despatch process for all of our items.

> The Despatch Process

Most items are pre-packaged and await despatch within hours of checkout being completed. As soon as payment clears, whether it be from a bank deposit or an Instant PayPal Transaction - the item is scheduled for despatch within 48 hours. We use three companies for nation-wide freight - Toll Ipec, Fastway Couriers and Australia Post. Its not easy moving entire studio kits halfway across the nation or 3m long backdrop rolls through the streets of Sydney CBD.

> Toll Ipec

Toll Ipec is our primary carrier for product orders, including almost all multiple items orders (wherever a Combined Freight Charge is quoted) and where a freight type is not specified, items are despatched on the Toll Ipec Road Express Service.

VIC - Melbourne & Regional: 1-2 Days
NSW - Sydney, Newcastle, Albury, Wollongong: 2 Days
NSW - Regional: 2 Days
ACT - Canberra & Regional: 2 Days
QLD - Brisbane: 2 Days
QLD - Mackay, Townsville, Rockhampton, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast: 3-4 Days
QLD - Regional: 4-6 Days (Added Delivery for Large Items)
WA - Perth: 3 Days
WA - Regional: 4-7 Days (Added Delivery west of Kalgoorlie / North of Geraldton for Large Items)
NT - Darwin & Alice Springs: 2-3 Days
NT - Regional: 5 Days (Added Delivery for Large Items)
TAS - Hobart & Launceston: 3-4 Days
TAS - Regional: 5-6 Days (Added Delivery for Large Items)

Added Delivery Costs apply to these selected regions due to higher freight costs, please email us with your post code if you are not sure if the regional definitions supplied. Wherever possible, we will move freight onto an alternate service that does not require the added delivery fee however this is not possible for selected products (the Fotogen Seamless Backdrop Paper Roll for instance).

A remote location fee also applies to the following postcodes: 0822, 0852, 0872, 0880, 0885, 0886, 3741, 3898, 3699, 3740, 2630, 2890, 2898, 2899, 4183, 4184, 4819, 4871, 4874, 4875, 4876, 4877, 4895, 5220 to 5223, 5690, 5733, 6161, 6443, 6727, 6731, 6798, 6799, 6443 and 6434. This fee is $35.00.

Insurance can be added to consignments to protect against loss and damage.

Online Track and Trace is available for all items despatched by Toll Ipec (https://titrack.tollipec.com.au/) Simply email us for your consignment note number when you receive our item despatch notification.

> Toll Next Day Priority

The majority of smaller studio items including Studio Lite Softboxes and ArtChrome Backdrops will be sent via Toll Next Day Priority. This service reaches all metropolitan areas overnight for delivery before 11AM, most regional areas for delivery after lunch and regions in QLD, WA, NT and TAS for 2-day delivery.

> Fastway Couriers

Items are also despatched by Fastway Couriers. Estimated delivery times are the same as the Toll Ipec Service. No added delivery fees apply to items despatched through Fastway Couriers - this is a suitable alternative to within the Toll Ipec Surcharge Zones.

Online Track and Trace is available for all items despatched by Fastway Couriers (http://www.fastway.com.au/). Simply email us for your consignment note number when you receive our item despatch notification.

> Australia Post

All smaller orders and International orders will despatch through Australia Post.

At times, due to circumstances out of our control, "Road Express" services may be substituted across all three carriers (Toll Ipec, Fastway Couriers and Australia Post) and "Next Day Priority" services substituted between Australia Post Express and Toll Next Day Priority.

> Combined Freight & Pickup

Combined freight across our range of photographic accessories and studio equipment is available - simply purchase all the items individually from our eBay Store, proceed through the eBay checkout system and “request a total”. Where a "Combined Freight Charge" is specified in our listings - it will allow eBay to automatically calculate the correct freight quote for you.

Total Freight = The Most Expensive Freight Charge + "Combined Freight Charge" for each item

Pickup is available to customers in Adelaide for orders over $50.00. The total cost needs to be paid via Bank Deposit or PayPal before the item is collected and a handling fee of $8.00 may apply as despatch for items is handled from off-site warehousing. If you would like to pickup your item, please specify this during checkout leaving your contact phone number.

PO Boxes and ATL

Our couriers Fastway Couriers and Toll Ipec are unable to deliver items to PO Boxes. If your default eBay / PayPal Mailing Address is a PO Box, please notify us during checkout with an alternate mailing address. To avoid delays, a contact phone number should also be specified in your eBay Contact Details to allow us to contact you.

By default, items despatched by Toll Ipec are marked with an "Authority to Leave (ATL)". This authorizes the driver to leave the parcel at your doorstep instead of returning it to the depot for pickup / redelivery if you are not home. This allows us to reduce re-delivery charges and allows you the freedom to go to work without having to worry about the courier coming by. If you have concerns about the security of the item being left or lack a safe location, please advise us immediately after purchasing the item through eBay My Messages.

All goods which have additional insurance taken out are unable to be marked ATL.

International Customers

International freight is expensive however can be arranged via Australia Post to most destinations. Please email us directly or through the eBay System in regard to the item you are interested in for an exact freight charge where one is not specified.
